Laptop randomly restarts

I bought this laptop in September 2022 around the same time that a friend did. Both of us had problems with the laptops randomly rebooting and he returned his because he didn't want to deal with it. God, I wish I'd done the same.
After months going around and around with Lenovo support and them even replacing the laptop with a new machine, the new one still reboots randomly. Support was going to reach out to help me resolve it and never did. There is an ongoing issue with these computers, likely a driver, and they won't acknowledge it or investigate beyond advising me to reformat a machine they just sent me fresh from the factory (which I did try with the first one, it didn't help).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For Windows Updates:
1. Go into your system settings
2. Click on "Windows Update"
3. Click "Check for Updates"
4. Run all recommended Windows/driver updates located here

1. Launch Vantage which is already installed on your system (please search for "Vantage" on your task bar)
2. Click the “Check for System Updates" button
3. Run all BIOS/Driver updates as recommended

Great if you leave it plugged in and have speakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very powerful but the battery life is awful. Sound from the speakers is also rather low (same with other related models). It is a very well-built machine, but I would recommend getting a larger one with a presumably larger battery or one with a less power-hungry CPU. This is what I ended up doing.
You can trick the speakers into being a bit louder by tuning the sound up in the Dolby app and turning off the optimize sound for meetings in the Lenovo Vantage app. Just wish it was a bit more optimized out of the box.
