Has to be filled with water EVERY day.

I have been looking at these for a long time and finally decided to get this one. It works pretty good, however it had a hard time mapping my house the map doesn't quite look right despite doing it twice. The next problem is that it continuously mops my carpets even though I marked it off as carpet. The last thing I didn't realize is that it doesn't have an extra tank for water so I have to refill the robot itself every day so that it works the next day. I didn't fill it one day and it only did a 20 min clean then returned to the base. Honestly this is probably going back because I don't have the ability to fill the robot every day its too much to remember, I will probably get one with a reservoir tank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible product!!

I have bought and returned this robot three or four times already due to the same problem. The water compartment clamp keeps breaking. You dont even have touch it and it will pop off rendering the whole thing useless. It is very cheaply made considering the price!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved it for 9 months, now regret my purchase

I loved this for 9 months. The button/latch on my dust cup broke and I cannot vacuum without it taped together, and cannot use the mop feature at all. I have clicked notify me on the replacement dust cup, and still no replacements available in 2 months. This was an expensive purchase and I thought I researched it enough.

Too noisy but picks up well

I just got the new version of this robot after having the one you need to switch out the back to mop. This unit picks up great but it is louder than any of the other Shark robots I've had. I haven't used the mopping feature yet because I can't get it to stop going on the rug areas even when I have those areas way over estimated on the map. It's a good machine but not great. I also was not able to connect it to my Samsung s20 phone. It would only work with the app on my husband's S24. That must be because of a software issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good product

I absolutely love mine. I gave it a 3 because I have a big open living room and kitchen and then adding the two bedrooms this thing can’t make it the entire way through without having to stop and recharge and the recharging period is rough 3 hours so takes about 6 hours to get through everything ? Then, if I could.. I give a 2 star on the set up of using the mop side. Cause you have to switch it over manually then fill tray and the. Let it do its thing then relpeat the process when done. It’s faster to just get a swiffer mop and be done in 4-5 mins !
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have bought this AND had a replacement sent to me and both vacuums have done the same thing. The dust bin button has broken on both and it’s been within two months of use.

Breaks a lot

The robot keeps having parts break such as the mop clip twice and now the main dustbin clip. It is rediculous. I’ve had it six months and it is broken more than working. I had to tape it on to keep it in place.

Don't do it!

I'll start with the positive - it does a great job mapping. Negatives - you can only have 1 map. It took about an hour to map 600 square feet. It doesn't pick up anything against walls. It missed a lot in the carpet. I vacuumed with my upright afterwards, also a Shark, and it picked up so much stuff. It kept vacuuming the bottom of a shelving unit to the point of damaging it.
If you're looking for convenience, buy a Shark stick vacuum.
