when it works, it works great. but the app is quite a hassle, especially if you have to delete the robot due to tech errors/issues. Also, the "brush roll is stuck" error is super frustrating even if there is nothing stuck in the robot - but if you have the robot under warranty, then they will replace it or that part.
I would recommend this to a friend!

works great but always has trouble dumping. constantly get error message saying bin full. need to empty bin. has done this since day one.

Does not work or last

I have purchased two of these
First one quit working within 1 year
Second one came with a glitch we purchased it in August, it will not map out my home correctly, can rarely find its own dock , I usually have to search for it and return it to the dock. About every other day it gives a code, and cannot keep up with what i need it to do. Trying to reach Shark now for warranty and return it. I will NEVER purchase another Shark product again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It broke less than a month after I received it and the part to fix it isn’t available and they told me Incan get a replacement of the whole unit but it’s not available either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
