Vacuum robot do fine job, but it need more vacuum power. Mop is worst and I had do finish mopping.

I bought this several weeks ago and it exceeds what I expected. As an older adult with back problems, vacuuming and mopping has become a problem. This little machine is such a help!

I love my shark vacuum/mop. Shark was the first type of vacuum I ever tried and when it died, I went ahead and tried a couple other brands just to make sure both that I tried other options.I didn’t get past day 2 without getting frustrated with them and shipped them back. Shark works!!!

Vacuum and mop were great

This finally went on sale so I took advantage of it and grabbed it very happy. What one a few years ago still have it runs great I know I bought the second one with a mop.. if you have animals, trust me this helps out a lot cleans thorough washes great!! Still trying to figure out the map, but I’m getting there slowly works good.

Great on pet hair!

I really would rather leave 4.5 stars but it’s not an option. I bought this a few weeks ago because we have a Golden Retriever that leaves huge furballs! This thing is remarkable at picking up fur and dust. Even does a pretty good job of getting in corners. Watch out for loose cords. This thing will find them! The mop feature does good. I only tried once because you have to refill the reservoir too many times. But for a spot clean, the mop does good! But because of this mop issue, I am putting it down to 4 stars.

Great Device

The improved design of this Shark model make a huge difference. The robot's dust cup is thoroughly emptied when it returns to dock. This requires much less hands-on interaction with the system. The mapping process has improved significantly from my previous model. It took little time to create an accurate initial map. Adding No-Go Zones and general map editing works very well.

Unreliable machine

My unit is 8 months old and has broken 4 times. The mop bin has broken twice and the pod twice - all through no fault of my own, just normal use (nothing was dropped or used aggressively, etc). Every time you call for a warranty you are charged for the replacement parts. I bought a Shark robot because I loved the brand with other products but will never recommend or buy a new Shark robot again. It has been a hassle and unreliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very loud

This is a replacement from sShark, and is much different than the one I had. Very loud, and does not vacuum as well as my previous robot. Also very hard to add rug area sizes . Previous robot allowed you to put size in. This one , it just adds a large block, and it's difficult to guesstimate. Not sure I will get another one for this price.
