Awful- do not buy

I bought this half a year ago and I would never buy it again. The app is terrible and glitchy and it doesn’t matter how much I speak to their support team or try and work it through the app the robot still drives over the carpet with a mop and it doesn’t detect any obstacles like they advertise it too. Every morning it gets caught on something new and with the app so glitchy it never cleans more than one room. Not to mention I paid for the VIP lifetime guarantee and even when I told the support that it was glitching and tried working through the problems and said I either want an upgrade or to return it since I am not satisfied they refused. So what did I pay the extra money for vip service for? Worst waste of my money ever
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointing

We got this about 6 months ago. It cleans well, but it ignores no-go zones which has resulted in several pieces of furniture being destroyed, including the legs of our dining room table that I got from my grandma.
It also just stopped working out of the blue. I ran it twice in one day and the second time it didn't work and hasn't since. I was home all day so I know nothing happened to it during that time period. I'm not sure if we got a lemon or what, but I'm very disappointed, especially for how expensive it was.

I have an IRobot vacuum, but became unhappy with it. When I saw that Shark had a robot vacuum I thought I'd give it a try.
I have to say that I love this vacuum! The 2 in 1 cleaning on the vacuum does a fantastic job! I'm glad i made the switch.

I purchased this 2 weeks ago and LOVE it! We previously used a basic model with vacuum only. The vacuum/mop combo is a game changer for our busy lifestyle. Just load it and run it when we go to bed. I wake up to clean floors with no work!! Setup is easy and the app is user friendly.

So far so good! I got this to help with my boyfriend’s cat allergy, which is why I specifically went for a robot vac with a HEPA filter. I schedule it to run everyday before we’re home from work, and I have it mop every couple days. It’s very good at getting itself out of tight areas (between kitchen chair/table legs) over thresholds, doesn’t chuck itself down the stairs and easily cleans under beds and other furniture. I empty the bin about once a week and it looks like the exact amount of pet hair I would expect from a stand up vacuum. The app is a bit glitchy and it took me a while to get it to “register” on it, and I have to re-log in everytime to check on it, but the vacuum itself has been very nice so far!

I bought this a few weeks ago and now I can’t live without it. I have two indoor dogs who constantly shed, and the vacuum does AMAZING! If you have pets, I recommend the base as my vacuum empties itself at least once every session.

Bought this robot in November and had issues with it. Under shark's warranty they gave me a whole new unit, so far so good, hopefully this one lasts.

Really wanted to love this robot vacuum. Worked pretty well for the most part and the self emptying aspect of it was a game changer. However, we just crossed the one year threshold and it suddenly stopped working. The “low battery” lights will not stop flashing and the robot no longer turns on. We maybe used it once a week so I would’ve expected this to last much longer. I know technology nowadays doesn’t last as long but our old Roomba brand robot vacuum lasted us about 4 years. Will be going back after this experience and pay the higher price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
