Wouldn't recommend

I've had this robot for about a year, it consistently runs into the furniture, it can't detect my cats in front of it, good thing they run or the vacuum would run over them, it always says there something in the roll bar, or around the wheel I never find anything, when it does run it wobbles, I tried mapping for the wet cleaning it always goes onto the carpet, I wish I would have returned it when I first got it, but I really thought after awhile it would get better, when it does work it does a nice job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy this model!!

Great when it worked but not reliable!! Worked for a year then something called the Lidar sensor is not working properly. I have cleaned as instructed done everything I can reset the machine multiple times. Nothing. There is not very good support nor is there good instructions on the lidar sensor after using a can of compressed air. I would stay away from this model and don't get the ones with the sensor that spins under the turret. Problem is there is no easy access to fix. You have to get under the protective cover to fix which is basically impossible.

WoW What a Vacuum

Product is amazing does as it should, easy to use and set up. Minor tweaking after setting up carpet zones and this thing works flawlessly. I highly recommend this vaccum for any household. The Shark/Ninja family support team is amazing and will help with any and all situations and stand by their product 110%. Again Highly recommended

Disappointed

Very disappointed with this. I have a shark vacuum and was excited for this. The fluid reservoir broke after a month so I am waiting for a replacement on that. Meanwhile the app randomly deletes the map of my house so I am continually spending time remapping the house. Not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought almost 2 years ago it did not hold up poor vacuum poor mopping wish I knew all they advertised was not going to help
