I feel a little lazy 🤣😂

I bought one for myself, one for my daughter, and one for my stepdaughter. they both have babies and I think it’s important to keep the floor clean all the time. It’s just very easy to use. I’m very happy.

Excellent vaccum, mediocre mop

I bought this a couple weeks ago and very happy with the vaccum function/ability. We have two kids, a cat and a German shepard mix that sheds a lot! This vacuum has been pretty amazing. Does a great job navigating the home and picking up hair, dust, etc. from edges and corners and around furniture. I love the self emptying function that our previous vacuum didn't have. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 are because the mopping was okay, does okay on light stains but won't eliminate us needing to mop. The other reason is the app, it's very glitchy. Also I wish you could program multiple floors. Overall happy but glad I didn't pay full price, got lucky and bought it on sale 50% off.

My old machine that was 11 months old began to have problems with the brush roller being stuck, but after purchasing additional rollers, the error would not correct itself. I called and since it was still under warantee, they sent me another Sharck vacuum & mop machine. It's working great. Thank you for honoring the warantee!

Do Not Buy!

The absolute worst if you have dogs. I have to remove and disassemble the brush roller every time I use it to remove the dog hair. So frustrating. False advertising to the limit for such an expensive product that was suppose to save me time. Do not buy this.
