Not what was expected too complicated to operate

This robot is too complicated to work. The app is just about worthless and the vacuuming is inept. If this is to make life easier it fails on all points

I will be returning this product. Unfortunately even with the home mapping, the robot still gets lost, tries ti lop carpet, and get tangled in things in no go zones. The mopping and vacuuming power is decent but it seems to dump all the water in the first couple passes and then dry mop the rest of the house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a good one!

Have been using this on automated schedule for little over a year now. Thumbs down for it's vaccuming. Mapping could have been better. Has already lost its suction! it just roams around the house doing nothing!

We bought this during the Black Friday sale, and it was the most amazing purchase we’ve ever made!!!! It vacuums and mops at the same time, and it does a perfect job! We used to have an iRobot vacuum cleaner, but we had to use laser barriers. This Shark mop/vacuum makes a digital map of your house so that you can choose exactly where you want to vacuum, mop, or both! Trust me, you will NOT regret this purchase!!!!
