I love that the mop is actually effective. I especially love Matrix mopping and vacuuming. I love that the filter is cleanable instead of consumable.
I hate the stupidity of the pathing. Why do you have to 'locate' when you JUST LEFT THE DOCK? And the app is just hot trash/dumpster fire. You're ONLY option for scheduled cleaning is the whole flipping house? REALLY? No active tracking? "It's cleaning, just relax" is a hard pill to swallow after getting used to being able to track my last vac in real time AND replay the entire thing later as a nicely scored animatio. Of course if you could do that, it would illustrate much more definitively how brain-dead the "logic" is on this.
Here's the most honest thing I can say:
This robot vacuum, make me miss my Wyze robovac. Let that sink in. I had to rearrange bits of my room decor because Wyze won't let you properly define walls, and it was still 15 times less frustrating than this Shark. And I don't even have the model with self cleaning. Just the vac. I've always loved every Shark product I've bought up until now, and this one is so obnoxious to interact with that it will forever color future consideration for any Shark product. I've never actively rooted for something I spent this much money on to break so I can justify purchasing ANYTHING else. This is a new experience. I'm so irked I even copied this entire review into a text editor to clean it up because Shark's site won't let me curser around to edit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, I really like this robot. It avoids things and rarely gets stuck. I have it scheduled to run every other day which is great. I like the mop feature, but I am not sure how clean it really gets the floors. I will say the brush roll is NOT self-cleaning. I have to clean the trapped hair from the roller. My only complaint is that the side brush loses it's bristles and I have had to replace the whole thing more than once. I did see someone recommended a little hot glue or Elmer's glue to hold them in but that should not be necessary.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No words can describe how bad this vacuum is. If you have cat hair on hardwood floors, forget this vacuum. It will just blow the hair all around the room, away from the robot. It is so low power, forget about deep cleaning the carpet. It doesn't even leave vacuum tracks! You can HEAR how low the power is. I've had 4 Neato bots and they absolutely blow this model away. No comparison.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. The instructions that I found are for an older model and doesn’t correspond to this robot. The customer assistance team wasn’t able to help. I finally figured out how to use the robot. I am awaiting a new dust bin because the water and shampoo level indicators are missing

I bought this a couple months ago. I do love having the additional help cleaning the floors it does have some set-backs. One it is kind of difficult going from the mop function to vacuum, I assumed when I purchased it would be easier to set and go. Also, you do have to pick up all rugs and cat toys as it does not maneuver around them well. The battery does no last the entire run of our 1st floor but not a huge issue. Overall, I do like the product and does help with cleaning for busy families.

I have fallen in love with this vacuum.. while it’s vacuuming I’m picking up and cleaning is done so much more quickly. We have a chocolate lab and it works wonderful on our light tan carpet.
