I love this product. Keeping in mind that I do the heavy vacuuming and mopping on occasion, it saves me so much time. My floors always look clean. The mopping part is amazing. The app is great in that once you map out your floor area, you can name the rooms and set them as no go zones and carpet areas so it knows where not to go or mop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve had this amazing self-emptying 2 in 1 vacuum and mop best friend for a year and a half and I honestly don’t ever want to be without it!!! It’s made my life so much easier and my family’s. My pets love our shark too. 100 % worth every penny!!!

Been meaning to purchase one of these for so long. Being a happy dog/pet owner the shedding and upkeep is a never ending job. Shark robot is so though and floors feel clean to bare feet after it’s done its rounds. Runs super quiet and picks up ever bit of dust, dander and small particles in its path. I’m so thankful this choir is now taken care of at a molment notice and the house is continuously clean.

I had issues with my unit. I called for support and they took care of replacing the unit. It came within a week, and it has been working fine ever since.

I Would Not Buy Model# RV2610WA

This vacuum is underwhelming. We've had Shark vacuums for years. We've always liked them so when we decided we wanted a Robot-vacuum, we would buy a brand we've come to trust. We purchased our 2 in 1 model# RV2610WA in March 2024. I wanted to evaluate the unit fully before writing a review.
I would not suggest this vacuum. It vacuums okay on hard surfaces, but doesn't do well with a medium pile carpet. And though it does okay vacuuming hard surfaces, it doesn't mop well. It surely isn't worth the hassle.
This vacuum is also very inefficient. It wastes a lot of battery getting confused in areas that are part of the regular routine. It also charges very slow. The mapping process is terrible too. In the 6 months we've been using this vacuum, I have not been able to get it to map from wall to wall. The fact you can't just remap one room is awful. It really sucks if you move a piece of furniture. It will always think that the removed item is there and vacuum around it. As a result you have to remap the whole house which sucks because you have to go through the whole house and pick up any temporary things so that you'll get the whole room mapped. Remapping also sucks because from one time to the next, the accuracy of the map varies.
The reason I rate it two stars and not one is because the roller design is pretty decent if you have pets. Also nice is the self emptying bin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I waited a long time to get a robot cleaner and I’m glad I did. This one meets my requirements. I have only used this 3 times but it is fantastic with the mopping, (My main reason for purchase) I have about 800 sq ft in a combined living, dining, kitchen, entry and small hall way (all LVP) that is mapped to clean and it just barely has enough solution in the tank to do it all on middle setting. I filled it up and ran it again just because I could. I clean out all of the dining chairs, bar stools, floor lamp and anything else that I can push into a closet. While mapping I saw her going around the chair legs under the table so I opted to get them out of the way. Still easier than doing vacuuming and mopping. It does a beautiful job. I highly recommend this Shark Matrix 2-in-1. Only time will tell how well it lasts.
