I've wanted one of these for a while and finally broke down and bought one. Best decision of my life! Does an amazing job. I can't get over how clean my floors are with no effort. Worth every penny!

shark is an affordable robot vacuum. i've had one for over 5 years and they work great. my first one had a 1 year warranty. I should have had the 3 year. recently had errors on my current Robbie and they sent me a new one without queation after seeing the error code. Love them

Bad cheap equipment

The mop function does not put water, must reset every time you switch from mop to vacuum, the app is basic and difficult to use. The mapping does not detect correctly the rooms. Finally, it stops in the middle of the room with error 16 after 2 days of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t work no matter what or how many times I factory reset. Stay away from this model nothing but issues

Excellent cleaning power, great in homes with pets

Great robot to have in every floor of your home. Picks up all of the dust and hair from every corner of our house. We have three dogs and you never see any hair/fur anywhere.

High maintenance?

If I don’t sign up for an account, I only see LIMITED product info on CRITICAL INFORMATION like maintenance and consumables. I also wonder why I’m not able to “thumbs down” any of the “help” articles on their website. The PURPOSEFUL LACK OF INFORMATION is suspect.
