Defective Unit

I will be returning this. I had the vacuum only which worked great, then got this unit and have reprogrammed it 3 times, it maps
the house, then does what it wants, goes in circles in random spots, wets the carpet. Definately a defective unit. Gets stuck
on air, terrible unit. I am hoping my replacement will be better.

Waste of money

I have had this unit for over a year and am so sorry I bought it. From the beginning there were many things it did not pick up ... small pieces of cotton batting, a feather, tiny pieces of paper, but since this was my first robot I thought it was better than nothing. I tried to return it a month in and was given so much runaround that I gave up and decided it would at least help with cat hair and litter on the hard floors. It makes beautiful stripes on the carpet but honestly picks up nothing.
Now it has been a year and I am constantly having problems with the brush roll being stuck. I have to clean it daily. In addition to this, it gets stuck on absolutely NOTHING and then the battery dies.
The unit I bought is no longer even available! It kills me that I wasted this much money!

Piece of crap

Had for a week before is stopped working saying it's close to a clff yes all sensor are clean.why does it need a cliff sensor I only use it inside nowhere near a cliff.
Now thanks to a stupid sensor I'm out over $600. Piece of crap Will never buy any of them again
