Hate it with a passion

It's a pile of garbage. Never connects to wifi longer than a couple hours, mop never releases fluid so just a dry wipe. If you want a vacuum, buy a cheaper one. This thing is worthless and I'm ready to throw out the door
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Getting better all the time....

2 level home, would like two maps! I like much of the Shark Matrix, but I do hope for software updates that allow me to enable 2 different floor maps for the 2 diferent levels of our home. Also, we use several area rugs over our hardwood floors, and while I appreciate the mopping function, I am reluctant. to allow it to mop as it cannot sense where the hardwood ends, and the rugs begin. Good product that is getting better as time goes on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been impressed with the performance of this vacuum. Through the app you are able to scan the home and specify the area that you want to be vacuumed, as well as program it to start on certain dates/times. The vacuum starts on its own on the specified dates, and once done, it goes back to its charging station. It’s also self emptying the vacuum also has a mopping pad and reservoir for mopping.

This vacuum is awesome! Everything Shark states that it does, is spot on. I recommend the docking station so it can self-empty. The vacuum is smart, will empty itself then go back to where it left off and start again. Without the station, my old robot (different brand) would dock when full and I wouldn’t know where it stopped.
I watched this one mop and it creates a perimeter within a space, cleans, then moves on to create another without missing anything. Docks itself every time. Cleans well, was easy to assemble, it’s easy to change to the mop unit and easy to empty the docking station. Super happy with it!

Absolutely love this device!! Arrived Saturday. In 5 months it will have paid for it self. I love that I can set a schedule and it will run. .
