Fantastic little machine. Much quieter than my old roomba vac and much better suction.
I’ve got 4 dogs and live in a heavy clay area in Georgia. When I run this, it removes every paw print. Would definitely recommend.

i bought this vaccum robot and its great, every thing work very well, the app is easy to use, i love it, but the only thing i dont like is that i cant use it whit my alexa device, some time i am not in the house and my family want to use it, but the app is in my phone, that why it is necesary to use the alexa device to use it, but we cant not use it because the shark skill is not in the app the alexa, please if you can fix it please do it, because is a great product but that is the only thing it need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased based on reviews that claimed it was the “Best for long Haired Pets”. Already have a iRobot and constantly has issues with our St Bernards hair. This vacuum is slightly better.
It does seem to spaz out when it first starts and leaves the Base. As well as in occasion when it returns to Base it just continuously runs into wall.
Battery life is less than desired. Can’t clean entire house on a single charge and when it returns to Base to charge it often terminates the cleaning cycle as if it was completed.
The app lacks the ability to schedule specific rooms or zones to clean (which would assist in battery issue) and only allows you to schedule entire house. Needs ability to schedule selectable rooms/zones for different days/times.
Unfortunately the vacuum bin w/ mop tank can’t be emptied by base station like its competitors can!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great mop/vacuum Bad App.

The robot is great but the app. isn't so great! Check out Roborocks app and try to get close to theirs. Your vacuum/mop is better. Sent the Roborock back vacuum not as good as the Shark for the price. It hasn't got stuck yet! The floors look good after moping.

I waited a while before writing to make sure I got a feel for how it works. I had the other brand about 15 years ago and it learned by banging into things and putting up fences to keep it from going where you didn't want it to. No more of that! This was a very quick set up. It ran around the house and mapped things out quick. Part of the set up was to use the mop feature, so be ready for that. Immediately after I had it vacuum the rest of the floor. It did an amazing job. The cleaning pattern was amazing to watch. It has missed some spots and it has missed some stuff on the floor. It got stuck once on a towel left on the floor too. I am sure anyone cleaning has missed things before. Coming home to a clean floor is great! We have hardwood floors and a kitty litter bin of which the litter ends up out on the floor. Rosey picks it all up and leaves the floors nice and clean. The amount of hair Rosey has picked up is unbelievable. We keep a clean home, or we thought. It only got plugged on that first run around the house finishing up vacuuming after the mopping. It had a huge amount of hair in it however so I don't fault it one bit. We have had it running M-Th vacuuming the floors while we are away and I believe that has helped cut down on the hair and has never gotten plugged again. Two cats and a dog create a lot of hair so we do empty our bin more than 60 days. It does bump into things but not nearly as hard as the other one I had did. Only issue we had was when I wanted to add a second phone to control her. The easiest way that I found is to just share the account log in. If you try to reconnect the wifi and push the two buttons to do so, it will lose connection. There isn't a way to reconnect that I found other than going through the set up again on the first phone. It did not lose the map of the house as some posts on Dr. G said so. This is a great machine and I think you will be happy with it over other brands. We will probably get another one.

Worth every penny

The mapping feature is really good. It remembers everything.

And I was hoping that it would just not remember everything
and clean the whole living room but it remembered exactly
where everything was and it was making its rounds like the
things were still in front of it. That's how good the mapping
feature is.

Like not having to mop myself. But cleaning it after it mops is gross Doesn't get edges as well as I expected.
