[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’ve always wanted to get a robot vacuum but haven’t because i’ve worried that it wouldn’t be able to pick up my cat’s shed fur, but the Shark Matrix hasn’t struggled whatsoever to pick up every last hair and everything else in it’s path! it was super easy to set up - the app pretty much does it all for you! the shark robot vacuum has made my life SO much easier, and it also gives me a good laugh whenever i remember that i named it Clean Latifah LOL (the app gives you a list of funny names to pick from or you can name it yourself)

In Love with vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood, cork and tile floors with 2 teens, 2 dogs, 2 cats and a ferret. I NOW HAVE ZERO FUR IN MY HOUSE. I can’t believe what this vacuum gets up. I won’t ever be without a shark robot vacuum for the rest of my life. I am very impressed with the ground clearance. I have wood strips between flooring in my living room and kitchen and they are no issue at all. I was a bit worried but it really is no problem. It has gotten stuck in the bathroom a few times by bumping the door the wrong way but no harm done, just an extremely vacuumed tile floor. This vacuum it very thorough. You definitely have to keep cords off of the floor and dog toys prove a bit too difficult. The vacuum is so tough it’s like it has four wheel drive and it drives right up on the toy and gets stuck. I have zero complaints. The app works great too. I am so impressed with this product.

Vacuum 101

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really pleased with this little vacuum! The size was perfect it only took up a corner in my house. I also have a dog and it picked up every hair! However, the mop function was not as good. The cleaner it came with was also not my favorite. Other than that, I do recommend it because the vacuum itself was a 10/10.

It vacuums and mops, and has a self emptying feature! Has been so nice to have, helps clean up everyday and lets me have more time to do other things, and vacuum less.

Great little robot cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the self emptying base and ease of assembly/setup. It cleans quite well, but I did run the home mapping feature a few times until I felt it cleaned the most trafficked areas sufficiently. I definitely like the feature of setting “no go” areas. It’s super convenient and is a great way to avoid areas with lots of cords or other obstacles (like my immediate desk area in my office). I do still use my steam mop but the mop feature is also a nice way to cut down on the number of deep cleanings needed for my tile and laminate flooring in the kitchen and bath. This beats my prior Amazon robot vacuum by MILES.

The mapping works well and the mopping feature is average( though most of the robotic mops are average).great for the price point and seems to last a long time with a charge. Would recommend.

It comes with everything you need including the dock, landing mat, robot, mopping pad, multi-surface floor cleaner, and more! The best part about the the Shark is the SharkClean app. The app maps your house and allows you to send your Shark to any immediate needs or keep it from no-go zones. It maps carpet zonesy and spot cleaning so your floors are cleaned according to the design of your house. The apps keeps you current with your Shark and provides you with location and current charge level. I am very happy with our Shark Matrix, it does a wonderful job cleaning our tiles floors and carpeted rooms.
