[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum works great. Daily cleaning and clean floors are important to me and with a baby it was very difficult. This robot vacuum is exactly what I needed. It saves me a lot of time and energy! I can say that It does not make much noise yet,cleans the floor quite well. It is also very good at avoiding excess items on the floor. I totally love this self-cleaning vacuum!

Great little robot for cleaning floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot is good for cleaning floors. The mop connection is cool and a wonderful idea if you don’t have area rugs.
The shark goes around your house and maps your floor plan. You can mark on the maps individual rooms. Kitchen, bathrooms,bedrooms etc. It also has where you can map out area rugs. However that’s where you run into problems. The area rugs are put in by
measurements. No matter how many times I tried and my husband tried. We could not get it to line up with the shark. So if we were to run the mop function it would go over the rug or come up short.
So the way around this is to just do the rooms that have no large area rugs. That feature is good. Disappointed you can not do all the floors with the mop attachments.
With that being said this is a great machine. You have your mop attachment that mops the floor but also vacuums up the dirt first so no pre cleaning. You also have the attachment that just vacuums. Like the regular shark robot. You can do it all from your phone or by voice command with Alexis or other device. I also love that I can just have it mop the kitchen. You can break up the cleaning for certain days if you have a larger home. This is a great helper for around the house. Floors always seem to need to be cleaned especially the kitchen.
We love our guy we named him Neo. Watching him go around the house looks so cute. He does miss a spot here or there. But it seems the more he runs the better he gets. I highly recommend the purchase of this guy. If you love clean floors.

Life saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely LOVE how convenient this is. The sweep function is super effective (except for large pieces of paper). The mopping function is also very good, it doesnt leave any streaks on my wooden floors. I havent tried this on a carpet so don't know how effective it is there. The app is pretty easy to use, but the initial mapping was a little tricky. It took a couple of tries but now i have a clear map with the no-go areas marked too. The self emptying is also a great addition, I only end up having to clean it after 3-4 full house cleans.

Mop and Vacuum With This Robot Vac!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved testing and I am still currently using the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot. I love knowing I can “set it and forget it” while I work- who wouldn’t want to have their floors vacuumed or mopped without having to do it themselves? The Matrix Clean function is great for more concentrated effort in areas. The app is very easy to use- the only part that needs a little refinement is how to perfectly calibrate the Robot Vacuum for the mopping functionaility. As far as the vacuuming, I was really impressed at what this little machine could handle. Don’t expect it to pick up fuzz that is super embedded into a carpeted area, but it will certainly take care of the rest! My dogs have gotten used to the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot.(despite the video I posted), my kids love to see it in action, and I love the satisfaction of emptying the dust canister when it’s finished!

The best product of the year!

The application was easy to download and easy to use. The shark mops and vacuums my house in under 20 minutes. It leaves shiny clean floors with no hassle.

Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot Is an Invaluable Addition to Our Household

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot mop/vacuum, which I received for free from Influenster and Shark, in exchange for my honest feedback.
Let me start by saying that I have never really considered getting a robot vacuum, let alone one that also had a mop cleaner. I know many folks who have them, absolutely love them, but then you hear of the nightmares that can happen when you have pets. We have two cats. Cats that like to engulf their food and puke it up at any given moment. Yeah, so that has been my hesitation with these types of vacuums.
That being said, when I found out I would be receiving the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot, I immediately started doing some research and then started to get excited! I quickly discovered that I can opt to set it to only run on demand and only to run in certain areas. Meaning, I do not have to set to any kind of schedule for it, rather can turn it on to run after I have walked around and made sure that the cats have not thrown up anywhere. I cringe to think of the smeared mess that might otherwise occur!
The setup was easy and hassle free. I do recommend thinking carefully where you are going to put the docking station. If you move it after it maps your home, it then has to remap everything. It’s not too time consuming to complete this, but figured it might be worth mentioning. Wanting to avoid having it docked in a common living space in my home was also very important to me, so I was pleased that I could discreetly tuck the docking station and vacuum in my carpeted home office.
For years, I have always vacuumed the main living areas of the house every morning, so now I just have to check the house and then let this wonderful little device do its thing!
I must say, it's been a game-changer for my household. This smart device has significantly reduced my cleaning efforts and made the daily task of maintaining a tidy home effortless.
The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot vacuums carpeted rooms, tile, area rugs and hardwood floors very throughly and can easily handle the transitions between the rooms smoothly. The vacuum function efficiently navigates around furniture and corners, capturing dust, pet hair, litter and anything else it might encounter in a single pass. The mop feature adds an extra layer of convenience, leaving my floors sparkling clean, which is quite important to me.
Shark’s app allows for easy scheduling and control. Using the mapped layout of the house (or bottom floor of my home), I just indicate which rooms I want it to clean, the level of cleanliness (Eco, Normal or Max) and it gets to work. I have found that it does deeper cleaning than my Dyson V8 stick vacuum does and is in line with my Oreck, which, I really do not like to have to drag out to use.
The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot has a great little rotating brush that helps to get into the corners and along baseboards. Overall, performance and time-saving capabilities have made it an invaluable addition to my home. It saves me about thirty minutes every morning. Granted, it runs for close to two hours, but as long as I’m not having to do any work, then I’m not inconvenienced in the least.
When you are rushing to get out
of the house, thirty minutes is a big deal! If you're looking to simplify your cleaning routine, I highly recommend the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot. I get why people say they cannot live without these wonderful devices!
