LOVE THE SHARK MATRIX

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously owned a Roomba, but the Shark Matrix is on another level. It works impressively well on carpet and works even better on wood/tile floors. It picks up pretty much all the dust (other than edges next to walls and corners, like any other robot vacuum) and it’s quite quiet. I haven’t tried the wet feature yet, but the vacuum function impressed me. I love that you can start and stop it from the app and the app also notifies you if any errors (so you can be in another room and know if it stops so you can reset it). I also like that I don’t have to empty it every time since it releases the dust into the dock. Would buy time and time again!

This changed my life for the better!

It serves as a vacuum and mop and has saved me countless hours as it cleans the entire home, and then cleans itself. It also is incredibly easy to use and allows you to select specific areas to clean and how intense or less intense you would like the cleaning to be. It also it’s really quiet, so I have it running frequently.

Powerful robotic vacuum

I run it daily and it keeps my carpets and laminate free of dog hair. It is quiet and yet powerful. It also has a mop function that works wonders. The app is easy to use and set up was simple. I would definitely recommend it to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Robot is perfect for me being that I’m always on the go I just turn it on connect it through the app with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi but sometimes the Wi-Fi doesn’t always connect that’s why I gave it four stars it could be an app issue but it does a great job of vacuuming & mopping floor just don’t leave any socks on the floor anything that can get jammed in it

In to the Future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I felt the robot shark is good. Using the Shark app was pretty straightforward. The layout of my rooms made it difficult for the shark to clean in the places I really wanted. My two young children turn graham crackers to dust daily and it’s hard to clean in between the chairs and then pivot to the living room. I would say consider your layout before making such a purpose. Not everyone has an open floor plan.

Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best robot vacuum. It has the standard clean and a matrix clean that uses a brush roller. I have two cats and they are unafraid and it picks up lots of cat hair. It successfully mapped my house and carpets. I think the mop function will work well but I had an internet outage and couldn’t use the robot at all so Wi-Fi is necessary to control it. It uses the same solution as my shark vac and mop stick which is nice. It also includes to mop attachments. I love that it can clean rooms or the whole house. If using the matrix clean function does use more battery so you may only get 1-2 rooms done before it needs to recharge. It’s reduced my need to use my shark stick vacuum. Which is great who loves to vacuum?

Does a thorough job!

This product is very good and does what it says it will. It is super convenient to be able to send it out to clean when you are not home and not have to do any work besides emptying the trash bin. It is very easy to empty. However, for the mopping function, I found it very hard to use. The general setup of the vacuum was fairly simple until it came to setting up the mopping off limit areas. For the price of this vacuum, I think it should be easier than it is. I tried 3 different times to set the limits and it never worked. It also claims to have an anti hair roller so that the hair doesn’t get caught in the vacuum. I have been using it for about 2 months and I’ve had to cut out loads of hair 3 times. This would happen to a regular vacuum as well, but because this product says that it avoids this, it is annoying that it doesn’t. Overall, it is a good product, but I do not think it is worth the price. I think it would be better to buy an expensive hand held vacuum and deal with having to be the one to run it and use it. Great robot vacuum and mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this robot vacuum! I am very impressed at how well it cleans. It cleans my carpets and hard floors very well. When the robot vac gets full it will go back home to empty and then continue cleaning. It’s very convenient. When you download the app you can set it up to map the house, create no-go zones, spot clean and set a schedule. As far as the mop attachment goes, it is a bit of a hassle to use at first. But once you set up the mop areas on the app it does get easier. I mainly use the mop part in the kitchen. It mops the floors pretty good.
My favorite features of the robot vacuum are the self emptying dock, self cleaning brush roll and powerful suction on carpet and hard floors.
