I love this!

I replaced my Roomba with this robot vac/mop and couldn’t be happier! It so quiet compared to the Roomba, it doesn’t get stuck all the time or die in the middle of a job! Plus, it mops my floors! One of my least favorite chores is mopping! My whole house is luxury vinyl with a few area rugs. This thing mops the floors and you can program it to go around the rugs. I will still have to mop occasionally because there are places it can’t go, but for a quick mop, it’s great! And it dries quickly!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Love my Shark! But I don't like the App!

I bought Many different types Of shark cleaning tools. I've had my AI Ultra 2_in_1 for three days and I love the vacuum and the mop functionalities! The App that controls the robot really needs improvement. Overall I would have rated this product higher if shark would improve the App. The robot vac has given me an idea for a new shark product. So I contacted shark and pitched my idea to the great folks over there. I told them my idea for a new robot machine that automatically mows your lawn that I call a yardshark! They responded respectively by saying that I had been too late and that someone had invented one of those already! Well, I'll be darned I said! Who was the inventor? Well, that would be Mr. NoToes Johnson! ; )

I bought this vacuum a couple weeks ago and really like how it cleans but i did not care for having to completely switch out the mop bin if i want it to mop. If i do that, then i also need to empty the dust bin myself so I only use the mop once in a while and have it set to vacuum regularly every weekday. It does pick up a lot of dirt though. The app is also a little hard to use with the "no go" zones and trying to really make it a small area where cords are and such.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've only ever bought cheap vacuums, and never thought to ever try something at least a bit more expensive than the rock bottom priced vacuums.
Our cheap vacuum's belt broke and found it was doing such a poor just and it got so disgusting after all this time, that I'd figure, ok, let's try to see if life can be better.
It was between a few choices. This particular Robot vacuum has some good reviews, so I decided to choose this one. Apparently, there are other models of this brand that look similar but that don't have as much suction power. I end this review with I need to a part of the team to tell everyone about the shark I name Sharkattack.. LOVE IT!!!

Getting closer!

Main advice - self cleaning/charging base must NOT be near black legged bar stools. Even with no-go zones surrounding them the robots locating phase gets lost. LIDAR does not handle black color objects. Once relocated to an area without black objects the robot is fairly good at moving to different zones around large home. Note; battery life is not suitable for cleaning large homes. We get around the by only cleaning one room at a time and cleaning zones over a 2 day span.

Floors are clean and dust free!

I made the decision to buy this robot with lots of skepticism. I was shocked to see the results. The bot does great. My socks are cleaner than ever. It picks up dust pet hair and all. The mop feature works well too. I’m very pleased!

Awful Don’t buy

An extreme waste of my money! Broke three months in and they won’t even replace the battery because it doesn’t charge, doesn’t map well, falls off the stair, bumps into everything and it is super loud! Super dissapointed battery isn’t taking charge and they don’t warranty it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

iPhone app does not work!!!!!

Setting up my robot was easy. Trying to get it to work after changing my wifi password is IMPOSSIBLE! I’m sure you have many iPhone users. I would think you could create an app that works on an iPhone. Your instructions seem to make it very easy if you have a Samsung. I’m unable to find any helpful information in your app or on the internet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
