It does a great job quickly and efficiently and specifically does not get clogged up with my dogs hair like the other brand I had. It empties itself when needed and the brushes stay clear of hair.

Great having a little workhouse that doesn’t complain, just goes out and does it’s job no matter how often we send it.out. I purchased 2 in the last 4 months. For 2 different locations Found a big improvement in the Max clean over the Ultr Clean. The Max clean really knows where it is all the time and consistently finds it’s way to dock no matter where I set it to clean.

I have always wanted a robot vacuum. I have been putting it off for years until now. I have had mine for a couple of weeks and it is the best thing ever. My husband loves it more than me. He has enjoyed being able to control it with our cell phones and tell it what to do and when. I love that it has worked out all the problems that prior vacuums have had. I spilled some sugar on the kitchen floor and just told the Shark to go to the kitchen and it cleaned it right up and then returned to the base

It’s a bulldozer

Cleans as well as the several other brands I have bought. A high pitched whirring sound of motors. Runs through my house like a bulldozer slamming into anything on site and pushing chairs across the floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had this for a few days now and it works good on non-carpet floors. It needs more suction for carpet floors as it does not pick up well on carpet. Have not tried the mopping part yet. App needs improvement for marking the rooms to make it better. For old people that have eye site problems it needs to have larger map.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I must say I love this robot. It mops and vacuums - what’s not to love? My one con that I found was with the app. It’s a little cumbersome. I got my robot setup and then the mapping was a little tricky. I did get it to do what I wanted it to, but it did take a few times to get it to do what I wanted. The mopping aspect works great - there is a little spot treatment to do but overall nice clean laminate flooring when it was done. The vacuum side is just as awesome and the path it makes ensures a complete clean. There is no spot left behind. I would highly recommend this robot for all of the moms - busy moms and even the ones that are busy because this will do all the work for you!!! I love it!
