So far so good

I've had this unit for a couple weeks. It's interesting to watch it do it's job; going back over places it previously missed and making sure to hit every spot. Seems to be very thorough; much more so than what I expected! Now if it only lasts! I love this thing so far!

Nobel idea

When it works, vac or mop it does a great job. Amazed what it picks up. What I am not happy with is the map. Sometimes it does the job completely. Mostly I ask for the whole house and it stops after 30 minutes, maybe 2 rooms. So I start it up again, then it seems to finish. Another is that it takes the whole day to get the job done. It has to dock and recharge. It takes a long time to do so. It seems quiet enough to do its job while I am sleeping. I work odd hours so I sleep odd hours. If only it would do the whole house and in the time it tells me, then it would be perfect.

What a Shock!

We are very shocked how well the Robo does a good job. The app is the best to set up the rooms and cleaning. Very nice he does the whole first floor Andy only 50% battery! We would recommend to all!

Deinately a game changer

I had another robot that had similar feature and the Shark AI Ultra is a HUGE IMPROVEMENT! No more dust/dirt bunnies in the corners, no bags to change out. Vacuuming and floor washing excellent!

A lost AI Robot with potential to improve

Concept: very good.
Mopping: good. Leaves wheel marks on light colored wood flooring. I have to clean the wheels thoroughly to minimize the imprints.
Cleaning: average
Chaning mop vs brush: headache
Self-empty when using mop: not supported. Hopefully this will be fixed in future versions.
AI navigation: Robot feels lost in my home. When mop is attached robot navigates right over the carpet with carpet zone set. Avoids obstacles then gets confused and will skip the entire row randomly.
