Best robot out there!

I am so happy that I purchased this 2 in 1; it is a HUGE help on my tile floor. My robot is scheduled to run daily, and I have noticed a reduction in house dust. Same with my a/c filters; they aren't as dirty when I change them now that I use my robot every day. Highly recommend the Shark AI 2 in 1.

AMAZING MACHINE!

I bought this off an infomercial about a month ago. I had a iRobot 676 which I enjoyed because it cleaned well. This machine has made me think that my 676 was just a joke in cleaning. Only difference when vacuuming is the old would go under my couch and clean where this one goes around it and not fully under it. The no hair wrap is amazing while my other did not have that I was cleaning it after every use. The dust bin holds a lot of dirt and hair. We have a long haired Australian Shepard and he sheds like he shouldn’t have any hair left on him but the machine picks up all the hair no problem and it doesn’t get hung up around the brush. The mop feature does an amazing job as well. I do still have to get the mop out and get spaces she doesn’t but it’s so much better than mopping the entire floor. I like that I can use the app to vacuum while I’m at work and come home to clean floors. I would totally recommend this product for anyone who is looking to have some help with the floors in the house. It can’t replace a vacuum or mop but does help tremendously.

Works Really Well - Better than I expected

Coming from a 1st generation vacuum that just bounces around I have been very impressed at the improved logic of this vacuum. The mapping of the main floor of the house was really good and I love sending it to random places to do a spot clean. I placed it on a different floor with no map, and it still figured out how to systematically clean the whole floor.
The mopping ability was also really nice. We had a bunch of footprints on the floor from walking from outside with groceries and they were dried on the floor. We ran the mopping mode and the floor was super shiny afterwards.

Makes my life easier!

I have 4 young kids and a full time job so I have little time left for cleaning. My floors were being neglected and it was driving me crazy! Now, other than having to clean the hard to reach places and doing a weekly deep clean, my floors are vacuumed and mopped by the robot daily! Life is so much easier!

Overall this is the best 2 in 1 option out there for the money. I have one request of Shark.
PLEASE shut off the electronic mop pumps when traversing to another room in room selection cleaning. I have 3 other vacs in my home that do this. I have alot of carpet and if this could shut off the water pump while traveling to the other rooms that would be great. I've tried and returned several because they weren't worth the money. This offers everything I need for the price. It cleans well after spending time setting up zones and correcting the map. The self empty feature is one of the best out there for actually emptying the bin. The app is pretty straightforward once you take the time to set it up. Having to change out the dirt bin and mop bid for mopping vs having this all in one like the last unit is a little strange in design but not a big deal. Hopefully Shark continues to provide updates and improvements with the app as it is lacking in some regards. Having the ability to select the suction power when using the room select feature would be nice but overall, it's a solid vacuum. Shark continues to provide good hardware with these and progressive innovations.

Nothing But IMPRESSIVE! Worth EVERY Penny

I’ve been skeptical of these things and have waited years for all the companies to work out their technical issues and all I can say is wow!! The shark 2-n-1 AI vacuum and mop is incredible. We’ve got 3 big indoor outdoor dogs and have had to sweep twice a day and mop every day for years and now the shark takes care of it all. It actually does it better than we could with a broom and hand mop, no streaks and no missed dirt piles. I chose to pay the 6 payments which worked great with my Firefighter salary. It doesn’t get stuck, it works around objects, self cleans its vacuum canister, and is extremely quiet. We can run it in the middle of the night and not get woken up.

Cleans well

I have had the unit for a couple of weeks now and am mostly satisfied with the quality of it. Set up was easy and I can pretty much get it to where I want it to go. I am not a fan of the phone ap to set up cleaning and carpet areas. The screen is much too small to get accurate input. When I go to change the area, the entire box will change size which changes the area in places I do not want to change. The input is much too sensitive. It would be nice if there were a download so that I could change areas on my desktop.
