Excellent at doing what the advertisement says, only real down side would be the battery life between recharging.

I just got my robot about a week ago. I was amazed at what all was picked up. I'm now running it every day so I know my floors are clean! I have not yet tried the mop function. Will soon.

So proud that I chose to purchase another shark product. My shark lift away is just as good as it was when purchased in 2007. My robo vacuum and mop with self empty has given me more time to spend with my cats. It picks up ALL the hair. I even went behind it with my vacuum just to be certain! No more moving beds and furniture. I plan to buy another one for my mom. Everyone should buy this…ITS WORTH IT!

Works but not as good as a prior no name robot

Bought to replace a no name robot where I had difficulty obtaining replacement parts. That unit would continually update its map and complete a run on a single battery. Also able to see what was cleaned and where robot was on the map.
The shark does ok but nowhere near the same performance at a more premium price. The single brush is lackluster for sweeping. The shark also seems to not clean as close to walls or objects and takes on average 3 30 minute sessions with a recharge to clean the same space as the previous robot.
I will say the self emptying and brush roller remaining mainly hair free is nice but for the premium cost, I'd expect this unit to be better performing than the unit it replaced.

It cleans great but the directions for adding zones snd carpet areas are not helpful. The original map is hard to find where you should add carpet areas
