It's slower but it works pretty good. Battery does not last as long as the earlier model.

I bought it a few days ago and opened it and was disappointed that It didn't have TWO of the edge brushes like the one I thought I was ordering, Instead I got an OLDER MODEL that you are trying to get rid of OLD STOCK

I bought this in October of 2022. I bought this after having owned a shark apex vacuum that is wonderful. As a robot vacuum I was initially pretty happy. It was quieter than my iRobot vacuum, which was nice. The mopping feature is so complicated we don’t use it, and it’s definitely not suitable for a home with pets. After three months I constantly find it dead, or so wrapped up in dog hair that it won’t do anything. Pretty disappointed compared to my Shark Apex vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked for a week

I really liked this. Really wanted to like it forever. Really loved the mopping features and just getting up all of the doghair and not worrying. Now, after less than 2 weeks usage, the robot refuses to go to the areas that are requested to be cleaned. I've reset to factory settings, remapped the home multiple times, etc. This is super super frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good vac & mop. App needs work

Vac and mop do a great job. The mop does better than expected. Doesn't leave streaks and cleans well. I love the automatic empty feature. I wish it didn't have the navigation sticking out of the top. It would fit in a lot more spaces if it were flat. The app leaves a lot to be desired. The app on my previous off-brand robot vac was way better and it cost 1/4 of the price of this one. I hope they improve it soon. I think time will tell as to whether or not this product is worth the price.

Not satisfied with the cleaning

We bought this 2 months ago and started using a week ago but not really satisfied with the vacuum so far, we see the dust infront of us while the vacuum navigating across. We had to sweep again after the vacuum. Didn’t try the mop yet. Is there anyway i can return this product and get my money back?

I see you mentioned that your robot is not quite picking up some of the dust in your home. Please can I recommend, if you haven't done so already, changing the suction level to "MAX" via the app.

This will increase the suction on your robot and allow it to collect the remaining dust satisfactorily. I would like to make you aware that by using the "MAX" mode, your battery runtime will naturally decrease at a faster rate as the robot is drawing more power.
Also, I would encourage you to save your updated cleaning preferences in the settings. This way the robot will always run in the suction mode specified by you.

I have tile in kitchen, which the mop portion does not clean well at all. The vacuum part does it’s part well but if you are using the mop/vacuum it does not automatically unload the dirt into the unit… didn’t know that!
I have hardwood floors throughout my house there the mop vacuum works nicely.. But again does not discharge the dirt automatically.. bummed.

Please add one feature to the app

This product is awesome except for one missing feature in the app you can’t use it with Apple HomeKit or Siri shortcuts 😭
