It’s really great for the most part

Really does amazing job. Don’t like how you can’t set which rooms to do at any time . Also switching to mopping requires u to switch the bottom part. Does really good job. Little over priced

You have no bags to empty and it glides over all my floors carpet or linoleum and picks up the first time with easy. It emptys itself so no having to take the cylinder off my cat also loves it, it will sit and watch it until it a done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not be happier with this vacuum. It is the first robot that we've ever had and I am amazed at how smart it is. The app set up is relatively easy to do but keep in mind that if you move the dock you will have to redo the area map. We moved it 3 times before we found a good home for it. The mop attachment is easy to swap out but you do have to measure and know where your area rugs are so they don't get wet. The way it empties itself into the base and doesn't need to be touched for up to 60 days is probably my favorite part. With all the dog hair it collects I expect to need to empty it way before then. I love that I can schedule it to run at the same time each day or an extra run while I'm at work, right from my phone. It is pretty quiet while it runs, even with turning it on the fast clean mode. The little edge brush works so well getting the dog hair from the edges of the room. I don't know how I survived this long without one!!

Cleans well when it actually works

I bought this vacuum a couple weeks ago. It mapped the house as it should but I have now run this 5x and I have yet to have it complete a full cleaning cycle. I have even had to remove the "scheduled cleanings" and manually run it telling it to only clean 4 rooms at a time instead of the whole house. It still will not complete the clean even at only 4 rooms. If there is any error at all, I clear the error and then it doesn't continue the clean. Every time I've sent it to clean, it will go and dock to charge one time but then as it proceeds cleaning, it gets itself down to 15 - 20% battery life and one of two things happens:. At times, it will say "returning to dock" but I go look for it and it's not returning to the dock, instead it's going in all different directions in whatever room it's in instead of just taking a straight path to the dock. Other times it gets to 15 - 20% without returning to the dock at all and then sends me a message saying the battery is too low and to manually return it to the dock. I do this, and it charges back up but never continues the clean so apparently manually putting it back clears all cleaning process from its memory. So, no matter what I've done, this thing has never done a complete cleaning of my house. It won't even clean a partial portion of my house. To me, this is a huge waste of money. These are supposed to make things easier but instead, I'm chasing after it and not getting an actual full cleaning (Even when I did eliminate 1/2 of my 1st floor from the cleaning cycle) It also tells me it will take 296 minutes to clean 4 rooms which seems excessive. I have a very open floor plan. And when I watch this thing clean, it does not go in smooth flows. Instead it's all over the place, spinning and will often clean the same areas multiple times. The battery doesn't last very long either. After 1 hours of cleaning it's already down to 40% battery. The only real pro is when it DOES clean an area, it does a good job. I just wish it would clean all the areas like it's supposed to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great hardware but software could be improved

I just bought it. I think it does a pretty good job with the vacuum and mopping features, but I do have some suggestions for the app. It would be nice if multiple zones (in addition to rooms) could be selected and that the schedule could accommodate different zones to be scheduled at different times (ie. I could schedule the kitchen and dining rooms for a different day and time without having to be checking the app, and maybe schedule the bedrooms & bathrooms for a different day and time without having to get on the app. Also, it would be nice to select whether or not I would vacuum or mop & a text reminder sent if I need to switch out the vac or mop. Also, an easier way for the bot to seek out a carpet (no go zone) on its own.

Amazing navigation…when it’s not stuck.

We got this as a Christmas present and set it up. The navigation on this vacuum is amazing, but when mopping, if the tires get wet, it’s over. It’ll spin in circles and asked for o be moved to another area. Different tires need to be created for this if you want to use it to mop. We only use it as a vacuum and mop by hand. Might be better to get the normal robot vacuum with the larger dirt collection storage and mop yourself

I love my new robot vacuum. I have only had it operational for a week and I haven't tried the mop feature but it keeps my floor free of dog hair beyond what I expected. I have used Shark products for years. They are built well, durable and outlasted many other products.

Good but needs improvement

This vacmop works really great in both vacuuming and mopping but the battery life ends before it finishes 1 floor although its not big, the other issue is the APP, PLEASE IMPROVE THE APP, I used to have a robot vac that has an app where i can save up to 5 maps!! Here i can save only 1. It used to show me the areas that are cleaned and the areas that are still, so it shows the path of the vacuum which was so helpful.
