This gadget ( Mop - Vac Robot ) is unbelievable , I had purchased two vacuum only robots last year and decided to upgrade to this new ones and was blown away with its features and hi tech improvements, I highly recommend it, give it a try you have nothing to lose as you can return it within 90 days NO questions asked and free return shipping and I can assure you that you will end up keeping them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received robot this week. It is easy to set-up and use. I did contact to the wifi and use the app which is a nice. The app allows you to map and set-up no go areas as well as your carpeted areas. It does a nice job too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Y'all have absolutely no idea how thrilled I was to get this new Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum with Self Empty XL! I had been looking at different vacuums and was wanting to try out a robot vacuum but wasn't sure exactly which one would be the best option for my home until I was able to finally try out this one! It ended up being the only vacuum that I needed to try out because it has everything that I needed for my home. And truly, it's made by shark, so what more could I have asked for??! I already own their upright and their pet stick vacuums, so I knew this one was going to be a great vacuum.
Once this vacuum was finally shipped and on its way to my home, it arrived very quickly and I was really appreciative that they had packed this vacuum very well inside it's own box because this was shipped only inside of a tight fitting cardboard box without any extra stuff inside that I would have had to worry about trying to recycle. Although I do believe there should've probably been a box bigger with some padding just in case.
The vacuum itself arrived in perfect condition. All you had to do was open up the box, remove everything and get started with this beautifully made vacuum. I just love how nice looking it is. Nothing over the top or extremely bright colored. It goes with my entire homes decor and wasn't hard to get set up and going. I love the fact that this thing vacuums and mops! It's really neat. Plus it has a large capacity container that it self empties into and you only have to empty once it is full. This vacuum is a well made, well thought out & designed product.
I highly recommend you get this vacuum if you're in the market for a robot vacuum. It's truly a wonderfully made product that does work well. It cleans up my cats hair! It keeps my floors looking awesome in between the regular vacuuming I do once a day just to make sure there's no cat hair left at the end of the day. It seems like this vacuum is made out of good materials that will help it to last a long time. You honestly can't beat that it's from Shark either. They're so great with all the products I own & I cannot wait till I get to see what they come out with in the future.

The robot cleans great and does a decent job at mopping. Some day I hope it can self empty the water from mop cycle and I’m sure they will improve the app over time. One thing that would be handy is if you could change or add on rooms to its cycle during a clean.

I want to love this product. For the price I paid, I don’t think I should be having issues. Randomly, it tells me my dust cup isn’t properly installed. So I have to go to the robot and remove and replace the dust cup. Also, I select clean, it leaves the dock and goes about 10 feet out and returns to dock without cleaning anything. Not sure what’s going on here. I’ve had for about 2 months. I wish I wasn’t having issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great robot vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Vac is a great thing to have around the house with pets and kids and a busy schedule. I can schedule it on my phone to run certain days and times and then it vacuums the house while everyone is away and empties itself into the trash bin base. It was pretty easy to set up out of the box and most of it was done on the phone app. It will mop and vac for you as well but the down side is if you use the mop and vac attachment it won't empty itself into the base you have to manually dump the debris in a trash can. Overall it's a great vac to use in between doing your own full vacuuming of the house.
