I ordered my Shark from a late night TV advertisement. My wife was always against getting one saying it would never work. That's why I ordered it after she went to bed.
After it arrived it sat in the box for three weeks before I finally tried it. I wanted to wait until she went to visit someone for a few days so I could see how it worked without her telling me I was an idiot for getting it. Low and behold, it works as advertised.
The only one in the household that doesn't like my Shark is the dog but he is getting used to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The experience started off kinda rocky. We have a dog with long hair that sheds quite a bit. When the vac backs up to the charging port to unload it gets clogged sometimes. I check it the next morning after it runs.

If you notice some clogging within the self-empty base. I would suggest scheduling daily cleaning missions from within the SharkClean app. A daily cleaning mission will allow less debris to be picked up with each cleaning mission. Therefore, less debris moving though the robot to the self-empty base.

My husband wanted this for us both being handicapped. Though I’m able to use a regular vacuum I cannot keep up with, what wheel chair drags in. I love the zone feature for this. My opinion Ultimate setting cleans better then I could using regular vacuum. The mop is great, however realize it is a damp mop and vacuums at the same time but does not suck up water. Again it’s a damp mop and you will still need to hang on to your regular mop for spills and thorough cleaning. I’m very impressed with it overall. It would be helpful when mapping to see where the shark is on the map. You’ll definitely vacuum and mop more often! I’d like to mention we are a shark/ ninja family and love all our products we recently got a ninja coffee pot and have foodi grills. Everything is wonderful and they stand by their warranty.

It's about 4 weeks now. It is scheduled for 3x a week and if I could marry it I would. At first there was so much dust extracted I thought I had received a used robot. No, it was all mine. I am very happy with this vacuum robot.

The Robot is great but the App is a crap

This app is not friendly at all. Very slow, I am not able to stop the robot from the app. If the robot discovers a new area it does not update the map. The only way to update the map is by deleting it and explore again. I cannot create different schedules based on rooms to clean and date time. Please, improve the app to have a good product.

Good product - needs upgrades

I bought this a few weeks ago and have been evaluating it. First, let me say, it vacuums well and it mops fantastically. My new hardwood floor looks fantastic when it's done. However, I wish it had a remote so that I could direct it when it misses something. Also, when it mapped the house, it paid no attention to the spaces behind the furniture even though it was pulled out to allow for vacuuming. I'm still debating whether or not to keep it.

I’ve had almost nothing but problems with the mop

the robot goes into no-go zones to mop which causes it to get stuck. after my first mopping with it. when the job was done it took 30 minutes off trying to return to the dock before the robot notified me it wouldn’t return to dock. I don’t know if it was because my furniture was blocking the signal from the docking station or because it was its first run. i’m not going to be too critical of it. but after I returned the bot to the dock I watched it for about 5 minutes trying to align itself. Some features I would like on the app is the ability to see where the robot is on the map to help me add no-go zones more accurately. when adding carpet zones the app tells me the area covers the robots home and might have to move the robot. I don’t see why it should matter if the docking station is on carpet or not. I understand if I was trying to put a no-go zone over it, but I wasn’t. I’m a litttle confused when you have to fill it up there’s a lime that says water first than a line that says water level. so which one do I feel it up to? the cleaning solution they give you leaves my floor sticky after use. I want to try to enjoy this robot but i’m currently not having a very good experience with the mopping part. the vacuum patrt 5/5 mopping part 3/5 app 2/5

Can’t get pass Set up! Already a issue

Seems to be a good vacuum however I haven’t gotten past set up. My robot keeps going over my rugs in the no carpet zones.I have mapped my house 3 times and adjusted the carpet zones and she still rides right to the middle of the rug. Super annoying! Guess I will have to keep the vacuum attachment on until I want to mop and then tell it specially which room to mop.
I would recommend this to a friend!
