I've had "Shorty" for a few days now. It quietly does a good job with hair sand fine dust. I am able to use my own non-corrosive, unscented product in the mop and I'm pleased with the results.
Shorty has gotten stuck twice in a shag area rug, so if you have a whole house of shag, buy a different model. However, I was able to label my area rug a "no go zone" so the vac doesn't go there now.
Last night I set Shorty to vacuum just outside our bedroom, and it's quiet enough that it didn't disturb our sleep.
I have a lot of Shark products, and one reason is that they have outstanding customer service and honor their warranties. They have always answered their phones quickly and walked me through troubleshooting efficiently with reps and phone systems that are easy to hear and understand.
Good job, Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to see if it would help me keep up with my dogs shedding, because he doesn't seem to stop, and at first it ran all the time, just because there's so much fur, but now that it's been going for about a week, it's keeping up pretty good. Now granted I still have to vacuum, which I knew I'd have to, but it's taking care of quite a bit of it for me. I love that it's self cleaning also, that's even less for me to do, the less the better!

Makes life easier

I've only been using it a week. So far, the cleaning is great! My only issue is this is the 4 th day in a arrow it stops cleaning before completing its clean cycle. 3 times it got stuck on something, so be cautious to clear the floors. Yesterday, I'm not sure what happened, it was stopping, I'm not sure why.

I thought this was going to be my dumbest purchase, but turns out to be my smartest, As a full-time caregiver and household manager...the Shark AI aka Robbie, in it first full house vac/mop saved me over an hour of my time....while it did its thing I cleaned the bathrooms, wiped down the kitchen and took care of the two rooms it can not do for me.,,was GREAT!!

Should’ve bought one of these things years ago. I got a program to vacuum my house three times a day pick up dog urine can’t hear and it does a great job. That’s a piece of dirt grind and it’s on the floor. I want to get one here for Mother’s Day my girlfriend, she can name her Fabio

I bought this and we have loved it.it mops and sweeps. We have a big house it does about half then it returns to base charges then finished.
