So far I love it. The mopping feature is a little less than I expected, but still happy. Also the app may have a few bugs… For some reason I have to sign in every time with email and password. Also I’ve had to remap a couple times… Still why didn’t I get this sooner! No regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark robot vac is probably the best one we have had setup was simple and once you let it map out the rooms in your home you can pretty much let it do it’s thing. The self empty feature is wonderful and the robot vacuums and mops really good. I have always liked Shark products but this is probably my favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot really has it all! I love that it's self cleaning so I never having to worry about that. The mops are pretty helpful too. I like that it's extra large so it can pick up more stuff and it won't be empty so fast. It also doesn't bump into anything as well. I really love it!!

Mop leaves streaks

Vacuum works well but the mop leaves streaks and the reservoir has to be refilled. It takes a VERY long time to clean. It would be better suited to a small apt. I have. 2k sq ft home and this is notnthe product for mopping it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is so nice that I don't have to drag a big vaccume out anymore, all I have to do it watch my new one go on it's own. I also love that it empty's itself! I highly recommend this!

This thing is incredible! We have a working farm with 3 x kids, 3 x cats and a Golden Retriever, inside. A slew of farm animals and mud outside. In the first 2 x days, this vacuum has our 1830's hardwood floors looking better than ever! Amazing! Love the scheduling feature too!
