Exceeded my expectations, I have mostly hardwood with some carpeting. does an incredible jobs picking up dirt and dog hair on all surfaces. I have 3 hairy dogs and I can’t believe how much hair it picks up. Has changed my life in keeping my home clean. Highly recommend! Quiet too compared to my daughters robots.

Finally, a robot vacuum (and mop) that really works. I've bought 3 previous robots from another major manufacturer and the all malfunction within 6 month to a year of purchase. This thing runs circles around the others.

The shark is amazing. Vacuums just as good or better than my Roomba. The mopping feature is nice and works good. I gave it 4 stars because I was not aware you had to map out your carpeted area for the mopping. It’s not easy to do and like an off brand one sense the carpets and feel the Shark could have do the same. Besides that completely satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Takes a while to figure out

Overall we are pleased with our vacuum's performance so far. It definitely took a lot of watching Youtube videos and a couple of calls to customer service to figure it out. It still has trouble with no-go zones while mopping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It vacuums well, but setup has been a bit tricky

We have had the AI Ultra 2-in-1 for about a month. It vacuums well, we haven't used the mop attachment yet. Set up has been a bit tricky though. I went through the 'learning process' and thought ir completed properly. When it went on its first vacuuming assignment it missed the master bedroom. I deleted the map and redid the learning cycle. We placed it clean a second time and it missed the master bedroom again. Both times it appears to have mapped the house correctly and I labeled the rooms. Don't know where the problem is.
