I bought this because my friend had an older model and I remember going to a his house (a house of three guys) and the place had such a clean feeling. I knew I needed this. I also have a cat so there is cat hair everywhere and this thing has done a GREAT job. the AI aspect of this model is evident and super cool if you're like me and like to watch it every now and then. I'd love to say I convinced others to make this purchase but the truth is that the product did it itself, it's great.
Yes you have to change the vaccum and the mop options but it's really not that big of a deal it literally pops in and out and given that I want this product to last me, I clean it almost after every use as it literally takes seconds to clear either chamber.

This robot vacuum/ mopper is the smartest thing I’ve ever seen! So easy, just sit back and relax while the shark takes care of the vacuuming and mopping! I love love it!!!

I have been a Shark customer for years and have had other Robot cleaners that truly disappointed me. This 2 in 1 Self empty robot has made my life so much easier!! It is quiet, cleans even in corners and around table and char legs! I own 3 large German Shepherd Dogs that shed year round and keeping the floors clean was a chore. We also have engineered hardwood floors and I have never been able to make them look clean with traditional mopping. This Shark has solved all my floor cleaning issues and I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants their floors clean without having to do it yourself!

This is our second Shark Robot. This one is wonderful! We have 10 cats and 3 dogs. The hair in our house crazy! This has helped so much! Thank you! It picks up and cleans the floors so well. It saves us so much time during the week.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago I absolutely love it we purchased the regular shark self empty vacuum now we added the shark mop im very impressed with the 2and 1 vacuum and mop

I have been wanting to try these systems for a few years now but was always hesitant. But at the price that was offered for the 2 and 1 I felt I needed to finally give it a try.
It has exceeded my expectations so far and still have not tried the mopping feature yet. It was super easy to set up in the app and now my house is cleaned twice a week.
I would recommend this to everyone who has been hesitant to try. It's worth it.
