[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted one and got jealous when my mom purchased one and didn't get one for me. But now I have one and I have the best one out there and I love it! She gets jealous now knowing the things mine can do. It's SharkNinja over any brand!

Love this! I got this as a replacement for my bissell and it did not disappoint. I have two large dogs this helps keep up with cleaning the floors.

I love Robo Jock, wished I had bought him earlier. Just as an FYI, I have wood and tile flooring, no carpet so I cant speak on how it does on carpet. I have a lab mix who sheds plumes when she changes coats and a husband who never picks up what he drops in the kitchen! I love how easy it is to use and even easier to change to vac/mop. Now Jock can vacuum anytime when I don't feel like it! It makes cleaning house alot easier and I'm not a spring chicken! The app makes it so easy to vacuum when you go out and my dog just ignores it. It was a snap to set up the mapping and the XXL empty cannister is awesome and it is quieter than the vacuum sometimes I have it vaccum when I go to bed. The vac mop feature is so easy to use and I especially like the ultracycle feature! If you've been thinking about getting a robo vac I recommend the Shark 2 in 1. I bought my robo and all I have received for this review is clean floors whenever I want without doing it myself!

I’ve only had “Ophelia” (newest member of my household) about two weeks but I could not be any happier with her! She cleans my floors better than I could ever clean them! If Shark ever needs someone to do a commercial about this cleaning machine …I’m your gal! Only complaint I have is I wish I had another one for my weekend home.

Con: Wish mapping was a little better, if your not watching while in mopping mode it will do your carpet. Also when setup or you want to add the app to another device it makes you create a new account, Might be me or a glitch
