Works like a charm. Wished it had a book to explain what to do and how to do it though. Learning curve. Everytime I use it I learn something more about operating it. Directions would be easier to follow!! Although I do love it when it runs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned robot vacuums in the past but was never satisfied with them until I received the Shark AI ultra 2-in-1 robot self empty XL! This is the holy grail! I have two dogs (one husky and one lab mix) who shed like crazy multiple times a year. There are days I find myself vacuuming multiple times a day but now I need not worry cause I can set a schedule and have this vacuums do it for me twice a day if needed! I love the fact this empties itself out once it is full and will resume vacuuming if it didn’t finish. Past robots have gotten stuck under furniture etc. but I have yet to have my shark get stuck anywhere! Setup was super easy, the app is also super user friendly so many great options. The vacuum when setting up maps out your entire house so you can see the areas it’ll be vacuuming/mopping. I loveeee the spot feature. I like my rug to be vacuumed a lot because of all the pet hair so that feature has been used multiple times to get a good vacuum on it. Everyone should get them a shark robot vacuum! I have nothing bad to say about it. I am so excited for it because I am pregnant and this makes things so much easier for me. Highly reccomend!

My wife kept pushing me to get a self cleaning vacuum, I said no that they can't be that good. So I told her when we get our house I could get one then,we she didn't let me forget and I'm very glad that she didn't. She did a lot of research and came up with the Shark. What a great vacuum it is

This machine goes into places in the rooms that I could never go with a stand up sweeper. Have been using it for about 2 weeks and it seems to get better moving around the house. We have the mop feature but do not have enough hard floors to use it. That doesn't mean it could not be programmed if I knew how?

We've had our bot for about a month now and our floors never looked cleaner. We are an older couple, still living in our large home and vacuuming was something relegated to once a week at best. This bot does an amazing job, gets close to the walls and corners, finds its way around anything, knows not to go down the stairs, it's quickly becoming a member of the family. :) Seriously though, it's definitely worth the money and you'll wonder why you waited so long.

Love it however I do not love that I have to completely log in every single time I use the app. Also, the brush cover is completely worn out and needs replacing in less than 2 months and I cant find that part for purchase.
