[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has literally made my life a dream! it has made everything so much easier. I've always been the one who sweeps the floor vacuum before wiped the floor watches the floor now my little machine does it and it's wonderful and I love it. I recommend anyone who has any kind of w**** to try this because it works on everything and it is brilliant. this is the best vacuum / cleaner steamer.... whatever you want to call it that I've ever had in one.

I bought this about 45 days ago and was skeptical but felt confident that I had 90 days to review it. Pleasantly surprised that it works amazingly well. I am able to keep the hardwoods clean and free of pet hair and also vacuum the upstairs without having to do it myself

I absolutely love this robot. It vacuums and mops great (just the right amount of liquid is released so the floor is never soaked). Gets over thresholds easily and has never fallen down the stairs. I love the way it follows the wall to clean the edges and you don't even need the two brushes like other robots because the clean edge feature is so good at cleaning out corners. The self empty is such a bonus. Solid purchase!

I like the way this robot works, I wish it mapped the room better. Ex. I believe if it slowly crawled all the edges of a house the first time, the way it does the first time it mops, it would be so much better for getting the entire room map/shape so we can more accurately set boundaries and it would be better to not miss any edges.

Does a great job sweeping. A little disappointed in the mop feature as it just uses one pad ans staets spreading the dirt around after it’s dirty. Also having a hard time getting it to stat off rugs when mopping, but that is probably an operator error
