I wanted to upgrade my previous robot vacuum to one that did a little more. Researched a lot of different brands and models, but kept coming back to this one. I’m very pleased so far. Cleans well and love that I don’t have to empty it everyday. Very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this is Soo Fantastic! Never to have to lug around a big machine again! Set it up and it does all the work! Very well-made, complete instructions, easy to use from your phone. Picks up dirt, crumbs, dust, etc with ease and gets into places that were a pain to reach with a traditional vacuum. I am soo Excited about this Shark, it is AMAZING!

We received our 2-in-1 just over a week ago so can only give first impressions. We like what we've seen so far. The internet set-up was relatively easy as was the mapping. Performance has been excellent. Very impressed with the final results. No problems with missed areas or dirt being scattered by the machine. We were very surprised by the low noise level. Much quieter than our regular shark vacuum. So long as the unit holds up, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best robot I’ve ever used and seen! I’ve had 3 other similar robots of high quality but never a Shark. Hands down the cream of the crop. VERY easy to setup. The app is dummy proof to use. My wife’s favorite part is it’s not rough on the furniture bumping hard into everything like our previous units. Makes cleaning and dispensing the dirt and cat hat after super easy. Almost no mess anywhere. Can’t rave enough about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got myself the Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Self-Empty in the XL size. I have 2 german shepherds and they leave a trail of hair behind them. I was kind of scared it wouldnt pick up the dog hair real well.
But... this thing cleans up like a pro. I have it run 2x a day. The self empty is a awesome feature. I empty the bin every 4 days. Like I said, a lot of hair.
The mapping is great too, I can have it go to a room and just clean that.
I absolutely love this shark vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Shark AI Ultra 2 in1 Robot Self-Empty vacuum, about a month ago I so happy I ddid this vacuum and Mop has help so much since I have a knee injury this has help keep my home clean,I love that you're able to map out the room in the hime so the robot know where clean in your home when program it.
