The best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this! It is probably one of my favorite things I own. It makes my life so much easier, with 4 dogs, who are always making a mess somehow. I love that I can set it to vacuum or mop just certain rooms, without physical barriers. I have only used it on hardwood, because that is what I have, and it works wonderfully. I have had another robot vacuum and this works 1000x better that that did. It isn’t super loud, other than when it is self emptying. It holds quite a bit of dirt and the self emptying feature is awesome, as I don’t have to empty it after every use.
It operates by going over an area in rows, back and forth which I love!! My previous robot didn’t do that so I feel like a lot of floor was missed. This machine doesn’t miss anything!! I will recommend this to everyone I know!!!

Multi Tasking Robot Vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this robot vacuum to sample and write my honest review. I could not believe how much this robot vacuum was able to suck up. I really liked how it returns to its charging station and empties itself after a cleaning. My daughter borrowed it because she just moved into a new home and needed a strong robot vacuum to pickup all the dirt that was on her floors and she was amazed and even said that she is going to buy one for herself. The app is convinient because you can download it onto your smart phone and control it from there. You can have it map out the floor in your house where you want it to clean. The mopping portion is a plus. You just add water and the included cleaner. It left my floors so clean and the mopping pad can be tossed in the wash. I have an older Shark robot that works good but does not work as great as this one, plus my older robot vacuum does not mop my floors. I think this robot vacuum will be with me for quite a long time. Saves me so much time which allows me to do other things. I was also able to give mine a name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am LOVING my Shark Al Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Self-Empty XL vacuum. It was very simple to set up and program and does a fantastic job. I love having clean floors each day without having to luge out the big vacuum cleaner. It is also very easy to unload and does not make a huge mess. After trying many brands of vacuums, Shark is by far my favorite. I am so glad to add the robot to my cleaning rotation and wish I had done it years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instruction manual leaves a bit to be desired, but, with a bit of tinkering, I believe I’ve got it figured out. Download the Shark Clean app to get your robot connected. Give it a few minutes to map out your house, and (you’ll thank yourself later) label each room for a more directed clean. Two separate heads: 1.) Vacuum head will empty into a tank that only needs emptied once a month 2.) Dual mop head holds cleaning solution and has a small vacuum compartment. Cleaning solution will need replaced after each run. And vacuum compartment will need emptied independently as it does not connect to the tank. It is a bit annoying that the conversation cannot be more seamless. But, overall, this Shark product is a game changer. I love that I can set it to a schedule or deploy it to vacuum at any time from anywhere.

Since I bought the vacuum, it has done a great job of keeping the floor clean. I have not tried the mopping feature yet. Will write a review about that soon.
This does take a little time to get used to, you will need to learn about setting up no go zones since don't want it getting stuck in a spot like ours did.

My house has all wood floors/ceramic on the upstairs level. I wanted something to help me keep it clean. This robot vacuum/mop works really well. Is it perfect? No...but neither is my cleaning. It collect soo much dust, hair and and crumbs. The Shark floor solution smells fresh without making my floors feel sticky. I highly recommend this model!
