Shark robotic vacuum and mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple of weeks ago and it is a good vacuum to have with pets in your home. It picks up hair better than a broom or normal vacuum cleaner. I usually use the maximum suction when cleaning. It does a great job and love it is WiFi connected. Easy to setup and use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The vacuum seems to be working fine, but the app is so bad that it rendereds the vacuum useless. First, the history does not work and shark does not seem to want to fix it. Also when you have recharge and resume on the app does not tell you that it will resume. Their is no way to Clean only certain rooms on a schedule. It's the entire home or nothing. It appears the vacuum does clean up but not the greatest job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago and was worried it really wasn’t doing anything until I emptied the trap after one week. I was amazed at how much it was getting up. My house stays cleaner between cleans because of the scheduled daily vacuuming. I love that it maps my house and gets every nook and cranny every time.

Not worth the hype my iRobot works much better

I bought this on a payment plan and tried it at home. I was very excited because my iRobot did such an exceptional job. I was for certain the shark would even do a better job but it’s horrible. It does not pick up dust and its compartment that picks up the dirt is so small compared to the iRobot. I had to literally empty it three times. I’m returning it and trying to get 100% of my money back. Don’t waste your money I’m not sure where all these great reviews are coming from but it’s sort of surprises it’s compartment that picks up the dirt is so small compared to the iRobot. I see you mentioned that your robot is not quite picking up some of the dust in your home. Please can I recommend, if you haven't done so already, changing the suction level to "MAX" via the app. This will increase the suction on your robot and allow it to collect the remaining dust satisfactorily. I would like to make you aware that by using the "MAX" mode, your battery runtime will naturally decrease a lot faster as the robot is drawing more power. Also, I would encourage you to save your updated cleaning preferences in the settings. This way the robot will always run in the suction mode specified by you.

Owners manual. Please.

I just got mine and as of yet I can't find the owners manual for the 2 in 1. How would I know if it has great features, I haven't a clue how work it. Why is getting a manual so difficult.

I'm in love!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a open plan home. Kitchen, dining, living room, and our front entry way along with our back door. First day it learned it’s way around. It did get stuck on our sliding door rails on the floor. Second day it had less bumps, and it stayed a few inches away from the door rail and did not get stuck. More it is used the smarter it gets. Battery power is pretty impressive to last 90 minutes and still have 40% left. I really like the different modes for cleaning, and the ability to tell it to do a spot clean in an area. I can't remember what I dropped on the floor, but I opened the app and told it to do a spot clean, and it came over and ran it's normal S-shaped route through the area, then came back and did it the other direction, then went across it diagonally. That's awesome to be able to tell it to go clean the kitchen. Mapping works really well, Great suction power, Self-emptying base is really convenient and Excellent navigation. Highly recommended.

I bought the Shark 2 in 1 Vacuum/Mop system a week ago and absolutely love it. First, after it was ordered it had shipped within the hour. Second l, it arrived in just two days!
The vacuum in itself is a game changer. I had a Roomba previously and it was so loud and all over the place. The iRobot mapping system is a game changer. It is much quieter than the Roomba as well.
As far as the mop… I thought it did excellent for that in-between mopping you want/need. It isn’t a deep cleaning but it definitely cleans the floors in between deep cleanings. The mop is super easy to use. You simply press a button to release the vacuum cartridge, and place the mop cartridge in. I deep clean my house/floors about every two weeks, but the mop cloth picked up non-visible dirt that I apparently don’t get with my traditional mop.
I highly recommend! Well worth the cost! Now I’m anxious to see how long it last. Lol
