Have a 2600WD series…model #RV2620WF first off Shark doesn’t recognize model. The roller constantly gets tangled with dog hair. We clean after every use. The roller will get hot melt plastic and stops saying Error 2 even without any obstructions. Can not find a replacement roller, because locating model is nonexistent
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not exaggerating when I say this Shark AI 2-in-1 Robot has changed my life for the better and even more so because it’s self emptying, OMGOODNESS! We are a busy household of 6 human and 2 dogs, down from 3 (Rip sweet girl) but needless to say I need all the help I can keeping our
floors clean. I have so many gadgets,vacuums, mops, buckets, brooms, etc but it never fails that I always go back to my Shark products as I’ve found they’re superior. I’ve always wanted a Shark robot for this reason, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! I tossed my old generic robot promptly in the garbage immediately after using this Shark robot! It was an easy set up, plugged it in, it started charging and I was able to effortlessly download the app and connect to Wi-Fi. Unlike my previous generic robot this one is smart! It mapped out my home and then allowed me to label each area on the app, decide which areas were off limit, mark areas that are carpeted so on mop mode I could prevent the robot from mopping there. The app allows me to do a lot, set a schedule, decide a route, which areas to clean, send the robot back home plus it keeps you up to date on progress and any errors. This robot has impressive skills to get itself out of some situations my old robot would have been stuck on such as moving over large area rugs or transitioning to different areas or giving under furniture. It’s quite impressive to watch! The few times this robot wasn’t able to get unstuck it promptly alerted me via both the app and verbally, which is very helpful! But with any product, the most important part is how well it does it’s job. To say this robot does a good job would be an understatement! The suction is amazing, my floors look so good! My ground level is very large so my robot will occasionally stop cleaning, go back to its base, empty it’s dust bin (sooo helpful!!), recharge and then put itself right back to work when it’s ready. It’s really amazing to watch! I love everything about this robot. It cleans so well! Not only does it vacuum but it also mops!
I was thrilled to discover I didn’t need to do a vacuum cycle and then a mop cycle, this amazing robot does it all at once! It does a great job too! I can’t wait to play around with the app and features more because I know there’s a lot more to discover and figure out but even if that wasn’t the case I’m still already thoroughly impressed!

It works!!

With a brand new home of almost 4 thousand square feet, 3 little boys and 2 cats I was worn out cleaning constantly which is why I decided to give this Shark AL Ultra 2 in 1 robot self empty XL a try. I had plenty of carpets to be cleaned and flooring to be mopped. I was really excited about the dual in one robot. It was super easy to set up and map out the 1st floor(where I was focused on having this robot live). I did find some quirks that I thought could use some improvement. For starters, mopping while it was easy to pour clean water and cleaner. I loved how the container marked how much of everything I needed. I was not a fan of dirt being mopped throughout the house and then constantly washing the cloth. I do wish there was one bucket for dirty water and one for clean water. That way the dirty water goes in and properly cleans the floor. The constant having to switch plates and containers between mopping and vacuuming is not a big deal but can get troubling. As far as vacuuming, it does an ok job. It's a little troubling with cat hair, constantly stuck but with a few cleans of the container it gets the job done. I'll be honest, in comparison to it's competition it's ok. I believe it could use some improvement. I do like the pleasant sound it makes when it starts to clean, even my cats love it and watch for hours! I do love that it's bagless and HEPA self empty base. While I am working on mapping out the house better, right now I am having issues with it running over things. It does get under cabinets of the kitchen and tight spaces, that's a huge plus. I do love that I can access it through Alexa or Google.I do wish it came with a few extra microfiber mopping pads. I do love that it's a self cleaning brush roll, which means no hair wrapped around. Having long hair, that's a plus. It does a great job picking up crumbs and cat food spilled from the kids or cats. It also does spot cleaning and I am able to schedule a certain time of the day. In the app I am able to mark the carpet zones when mopping.When it says returning to dock, it sometimes goes off into different parts of the house and not even back to the docking station, can be frustrated at times. As far as going under furniture, it sometimes avoids it if there's a chair or legs from the table. It can be frustrating when having to move everything around. Overall an ok robot but definitely could use improvements in certain departments mentioned above. I love the Shark brand and truly believe they will improve these features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have so many positive things to say about the Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Self Empty vacuum. I was at first a little overwhelmed at the idea of setting it up and having it connected via an app, but set up was easier than I anticipated. This vacuum is perfect for picking up pet hair; I highly recommend for dog and cat owners, particularly if your pet sheds a lot. You can also schedule the vacuum to make rounds more than once per day if needed, to really keep up with maintenance. The self empty feature is also awesome and makes clean up so easy. This vacuum does such a thorough job, I find myself not even needing to sweep my kitchen anymore! Highly recommend this vacuum!

We have two dogs and the sharks doesn't do a good job at picking up their hair. We have it going on daily. Pretty disappointed since the shark isn't cheap.

Please can I recommend, if you haven't done so already, changing the suction level to "MAX" via the app. This will increase the suction on your robot and allow it to collect the remaining dust satisfactorily. I would like to make you aware that by using the "MAX" mode, your battery runtime will naturally decrease a lot faster as the robot is drawing more power. Also I would encourage you to save your updated cleaning preferences in the settings. This way the robot will always run in the suction mode specified by you.

Easy to use, my new favorite appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got a robot vacuum about 9 months ago and we liked it. I got this one for the mop since our baby started crawling recently. I love the features and the mop is great! The cleaner smells really good too.
For the app features, I really like that it estimates how long it will take and the way the algorithm maps things. Compared to our robot vacuum the suction is way better and I feel like the coverage is better as well. The only thing that my other vacuum did better was showing the progress of the job, but I feel like seeing the time estimate is a better way to go anyway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have so many things to say about this robot vacuum cleaner, I never imagined that it would perform the sweeping and mopping function perfectly, to begin with I have to mention that its configuration is fast and extremely easy to do, the app is very functional and practical, it helps you to get the most out of the vacuum cleaner, I love that you can give it a name and call it x him, after I put it on charge and followed each of the steps to the letter to put it to work my expectations were exceeded, it made the map of my house and after that and with enough charge it performed the sweeping function perfectly I must mention that I am a mother of two little ones and many times I do not have time even for my personal things and since I have been using this robot vacuum cleaner I feel that I have that time that I I removed the house cleaning, another thing that I consider super functional is that I was able to go out with my family and from the place where I was using the app I put Lola to clean (that's how I decided to name her a) and when I came home everything was perfectly clean, and she unloads on her base so that's an extra benefit, the mopping function is incredible, just put water and the liquid that it brings to maximize cleaning and that's it she orders, I am so grateful for these new inventions that have come to make life easier for each of us, I have not stopped talking about my new robot vacuum cleaner with all my friends without a doubt this is something that everyone should have to help themselves in home cleaning thanks Shark for this amazing product
