Doesn't work for more than 1 floor

Pros:
- Good price

Cons:
- It only supports creating a map for one floor. I tried to use it on the second floor without a map, but it often cleaned only part of the room in that case. Support told me that the only way to fix it is to buy another robot for the second floor!
- Self-emptying doesn't work with the VAC & MOP 2-in-1 Dust Bin, only with the regular non-mopping bin. So basically you must choose between 2 features: mopping or self-emptying.
- The robot itself doesn't have a HEPA filter, only the base does.

Impressive Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I clean my home on a daily basis and put a lot of effort into making sure that my floors are clean as much as possible. Sometimes, that can be difficult when you have a pet in the home who sheds constantly like my dog. The Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Self-Empty XL vacuum has been so helpful at keeping loose dirt off of my floor and also keeping the flooring mopped fresh. I have a routine & let my robot handle the dirt daily while I perform other chores. If the robot gets full when cycling, it will return to the base to self-empty into the included dust bin which holds quite a lot of debris before needing manually emptied. It will not use this self-empty bin if you are using the mopping feature which personally, I use approximately once per week. It also includes a self-cleaning brush roll. This unit performs very well on its own whether you manually set it to clean or use the app feature. The app has many additional features that help to ensure a thorough clean such as carpet or area rug avoidance if desired while wet mopping. It packs a lot of suction power into this unit and maneuvers well around furniture and other obstacles due to having laser navigation. I am very impressed with this vacuum and appreciate that it returns to base to recharge when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wowzah! This little guy is amazing. I love that not only does this robot vacuum it sonic mops! So here's the thing, you can set it to mop, add the pads and some solution, and voila you now are mopping, without actually mopping. I think it does a good job mopping and a really good job at vacuuming. I gave it four stars because the app is not easy to set up. You can run the robot without mapping your home, which is what I had to do until I could get the app situated. Overall great machine. I love how it finds its way home to the dock. It backs up and self empties too. I would recommend this one for sure. It has made life so much easier!

I bought it 5 days ago and still working with the app. I have the new app and I had to put Robot to explore again because it deleted all my settings. Also the setting up the ft and inches to no go zones and rugs zones is rediculous, you need a mouse for your phone to make it easy to maneuver. App is Horrible Please and Im pretty good with theses things. Please update to a better app ( and I have the laties app 11/112022. After I finish I will

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife loves her new Shark and that makes me happy. Our first Shark was an iron maybe 20 years ago and have been a fan of the brand ever since. You have to download the app to get started but it's very intuitive and straightforward. Naming our bot was the most difficult part. We settled on Baby Shark of course because we have four kids. Anyway, Baby Shark is very thorough with both dry and wet cleaning. You have to map out rooms you want cleaned and let the bot know whether it is a carpeted room or not. That comes into play when the cleaning is activated. Makes sense because you don't want it mopping your carpet. This thing is smart. It gets into corners even though it's round. Baseboards are no problem either for Baby Shark. If it gets full before finishing a room, it returns to base and empties and promptly returns to where it left off. Only con and it's really not a con but an inconvenience is that it will not travel over carpet when wet mopping. So if you have conjoining rooms that transition say from carpet to tile, you'll need to pick it up and manually return it to base. You can also select "no go zones" such as stairs to prevent damage. I mean look at those carpet lines. We run this like every night. Doesn't have to be dirty but we just enjoy watching this thing work. Absolutely recommend. Comes with everything you need to get started plus extra mopping pad and sweeping brush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed by how much this vacuum picked up! And then it returns to its charging station and self-empties itself. It's very cool to see! We even took it to my husband's office to do its cleaning and again, it pulled up a lot of hidden dust and dirt we didn't know was there. There's an app you load that you use but allow the robot vacuum to roam around your home and it will create a map on your app of the rooms, so cool! Love that I can leave home and it cleans for me.

Robot Vacuum with great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum with Self-Empty Base last week and have had the chance to use/explore many of the features, including vacuuming, mopping and self-emptying capabilities.
Set-up was extremely easy, all you have to do is take everything out of the box and then scan the QR code that’s on the quick set up guide. From there, you’ll be directed to download the app and it guides you step by step on how to set up your vacuum. One of the steps includes the vacuum mapping your house, which you can then label the different rooms and areas in the app to vacuum and/or areas to avoid in the future (ie avoiding carpets when mopping, etc.)
With the app, it also tells you the battery level, or you can ask the vacuum device to return to the dock as well. In addition to the vacuum and mopping capabilities, I also like how it comes with the self emptying feature. This is extremely great for me as I have two dogs and the vacuum tank alone fills out pretty quickly.
This is a great 2-in-1 robot vacuum and is definitely something I will recommend for all my friends and family looking for an easy way to keep your house clean!

Refuses to map for more than one level homes

I bought this a week ago. I absolutely loved it. Then I realized it will only map one floor. We have a 3 story house and would have to reprogram it 3 times a day because it only allows one story to be mapped.
It seems like it would take 5 minutes for their programmer to fix this issue, but they apparently want you to buy 3 separate robots.
I just bought another Shark stand-up vacuum this month which is fantastic!
The company is great, however this issue with the robot should be told to buyers in advance.
