No longevity poor quality overtime

Please do not buy unless you’re okay with a company that doesn’t stand behind their products. My shark vacuum randomly stopped charging and they said that happens overtime and offered me a 30% off coupon and to buy another one highly disappointed will never buy a shark product again. And just to mention the robot still turns on but no longer holds a charge and stays at 0% and there is NO fix just buy a new one. I’m beyond disappointed in this brand.

Don’t waste your money

Mopping worked once, have had it for about 6 months and suction motor is already dead. Can’t find anything replacements

Third time ain’t the charm… unfortunately :(

I have given up… this is my third Shark and they have all not worked out. Mapping issues… sent the robot back, same problem happened, sent that one back they sent me an updated model (I thought this one should be good, right? wrong!) it decided to stop working as well. I’ve had other good Shark vacuums and really had high hopes, but for me this was a no.

Redesign mop plate

Vacuum works well. Mop plate breaks easily. Hard to prime for mopping.

Waste of money

This product refuses to clean individual rooms, it leaks, it won’t connect to the dock when done cleaning then it dies. We have remapped the house, factory reset the machine, and disconnected and reconnected it the app. It still has the same issues. When it decides to work it works well, but that’s rarely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have the regular matrix and love it. This 2 in 1 not so much! Was three times the money and not worth it. Called and they sent me a replacement. It is worse than the first one. Just want a nother without the mopping
