Beyond disappointed

This Shark is borderline rubbish. I have video of it having trouble making its way back to its base- just spinning, and spinning, and spinning backing its way into a random corner. It maps incorrectly, so the ability to designate no-go zones for the mopping doesn’t work. Absolute. Rubbish

Piece of crap

Words cannot express how much we loathe this vacuum. We were replacing another shark robot that didn’t have the mop option. It was fantastic for vacuuming. I loved it. This one however is pretty worthless. It’s too high to fit under most of our furniture, it’s constantly struggling with when and where to clean, it is super loud, frequently gets the brush caught, and we’ve had to replace parts after <6 months.

Shark sucks!!!!

This is what they sent me as a warranty replacement for a different vacuum. The dust container is extremely tiny. It might work for a tiny home but isn't large enough for a normal size home. It's a cheap replacement that's awful. I'll never purchase another shark product due to the getting a replacement that's half the price of my original product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Semi quiet device.
Love the mapping and the self emptying, however it enters all the no go zone areas it is not supposed to!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped mopping after a sort time. Was sent a second one. Does not mop very well. Vacuum works well and the unit is quiet. Found it difficult to map my house so the unit would work efficiently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not sure yet. It didn't map as well as the other one. Deleted the map and it's remapping now but it keeps revisiting the same places. It returned to the dock once and emptied and is roaming around again. It is taking longer than usual. Once it's mapped it's great. More specific videos would be helpful. 3 stars for now. If it Maps right I will increase stars
