Works great - no complaint

Works great on floors and carpets. I read a lot of complaints but I haven't experienced a single one in the month I have had the Robot. It takes some maintenance - washing out the filter, changing the pads etc. but it cleans great and does a room in the middle of the night without concern.

I have not had any real issues with this product other than the scheduling abilities. You can not schedule by room, which is an issue!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best robot ever. I never had one of these but I definitely do not regret getting this thing it’s been definitely a game changer in my everyday life with not having to clean after my dog from being in and out the home and my toddler who gets crumbs everywhere

It is ok

It is ok. As a pet owner I loved the idea of a little help keeping up with dog hair ( German Shepherd ). I have to run this vacuum 3/4 times a day and still end up cleaning the floor at the end of the day. With my size home I have to fill the mop tank 2 times to clean the floors 1 time. Even on carpets and rugs it doesn't pick up a lot of the hair. I wasn't looking for a vacuum substitute all together but a little robot pal to help cut my cleaning time down at night and I don't see a difference.
It is loud of course and has had problems docking a few times. 30 days in and I am not to impressed for the price or quality.

Don’t buy

Bought two for my house. A waste of money. Doesn’t pick up well and when mopping the pad get dirty fast and starts streaking your floors. It does get stuck and runs out of power before getting back to its base. Would not buy. Only gave a one star cause no other choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn't live up to expectations

I had high hopes for this product after reading reviews and doing some research. However, there were several issues that I came across that were disappointing:
1. The mapping/app overall isn't very accurate or user friendly. You must do it on your phone and can't access the maps on a computer from what I see. You must define the rooms and also the carpeted areas so that it can determine where to mop
2. I mapped the house twice and for some reason, it kept missing certain areas of the house even though there weren't any obstructions.
3. When vacuuming, it didn't pick up all of the pet hair even in max suction mode. In fact, there were several times where it would just blow the hair away. On carpet it would roll right over it.
(I also noted that hair was still able to get wrapped around the rollers).
4. Overall, especially on the hardwood floors, it would miss many spots because either a) it wasn't included in the map or b) it just didn't vacuum up all of the debris . I ended up going over the missed spots with my handheld vacuum.

A couple positives -- the wifi worked great and that was very convenient to be able to start a job remotely. The self empty also never failed and both bins on the robot itself as well as the base hold a lot of dirt so it would be nice to not have to empty so often.
I was pretty disappointed and underwhelmed with the overall performance of this vacuum and didn't even get to trying the mopping feature (due to the fact that the base MUST start on a non carpeted area and I didn't trust the definitions of the carpeted areas on the map). I ended up returning it and purchased a different one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not live up to expectations

I was so excited to purchase a new robot vacuum after having an earlier version for several years. I decided to splurge and go for the Mac daddy. After having it for three weeks, I can give it an honest review. It does NOT live up to expectations. Over hardwood floors, it pick up as it should. Over any rug (from memory foam, to flat basic to the squishy rugs you put at the sink and washing machine) it doesn’t pick up well at all. It’s like it wasn’t even vacuumed. In fact, on my bathroom rugs, it left more fur. I guess from the brush roll. The mopping feature is nice if you use it on a nice, clean floor. But it really does just the bare minimum. All that and then to come on here to leave a review and see that the price is $100 LESS for the item than what I paid! Very disappointed overall.
