Replacement Parts - are hard to get

I bought this product less than a year ago. The rubber seal under the vacuum fell off already and unable to find the part to replace. Very expensive vacuum and would like to continue to use.

I returned my first unit as I wanted the one with a empty bin, the first one was wonderful, this second one has issues, it cleans when it wants and repeatedly says to clean the brush roll, yet it is clean. help

Great product but app needs improvement

It’s very good product overall, the app needs update adding rooms without te mapping the entire thing, also modify one room not mapping all for just one room changes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Constant Errors

I bought this in October but didn’t get it set up until we moved into our new house in November. It was fine for a bit and then we started getting error after error and nothing we do seems to solve them. I’m at a loss and I’m frustrated that I wasted so much money because it won’t do anything now, despite following all instructions.

Bad battery and charging system

I am returning my recently purchased unit.
I have been very disappointed with the battery and charging systems.
This robot does not even complete a cleaning of a 1000 sq foot area with one charge and
the recharge takes 4 to 6 hours. I do not have over 8 hours to complete one vacuum cycle. Also disappointed
with the mopping feature. Did not clean my floors.

Do not buy. Constant dust cup error.

Dust cup keeps falling off any time it bumps into a wall. It bumps into the walls as it cleans in order to get the edges. This is awful. I have the robot without the mop and this never happens. This is a terrible design. The spring to pop the dust cup off hits corners perfectly to pop open…horrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Little Disappointed and a Hassle

I bought this in December 2023 and was very excited to get it this is not the first Robot I have owned I have a Cheaper one that I use in my sunken Living-room although this one from Shark does have a lot of features I do like I’m disappointed that I can not see where the Robot is going or the places it might have missed on the app like my other Robot App does and I am disappointed about having to compartments one for picking up and one for mopping and it doesn’t self-empty with the mopping unit like my other Robot does since I am a Asthmatic I can’t be dealing with the dusty to empty the mopping unit that’s why I get the self-empty one to begin with hope you do come out with a Robot that will help with that. Also my Shark Robot will not go under my Dining-Room Chairs like my other one did I have to always be moving my Furniture because If this but other then that it does the job just wish I didn’t have to go through the trouble to do these things that’s why I gave it a 3 Star .
I would recommend this to a friend!
