Great vacuum for removing hair from the floors.

Bought the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 and I was fairly impressed with the job it does and the quality of the product saves us a lot of time from having to vacuum every day as we have to Havanese dogs and it does a great job removing hair off the hardwood floors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product with slight disadvantages

Product is really good. The suction power alone can be improved as it doesn't remove all of the dust on carpet. The edges on hard floor also is an issue where the side brush exists only on one side. Apart from those disadvantages, everything else is perfect .

We have had this for about a month and use it every day, it's so easy to switch between the mop and just vacuum. The mop isn't like a deep clean but it works good for most of the time. The only thing I don't like is the schedule feature in the app. It only has the option to schedule a whole house (or floor) clean. I would love to be able to pick specific rooms to schedule just because some rooms we don't go in very often and if it's mopping, there isn't enough room in the reservoir to cover my main floor without having to refill it mid cycle. Overall though, it's been great :)

Bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and I love her.Would recommend to everyone. Works great with fog and cat hair.My floors have never looked better.

Idk. There’s no map. It doesn’t go back to the dock unless it’s very close to it. Brushes are super short so it doesn’t get into corners. Not real impressed

love this vacuum but need to include an owners manual in the box. Very difficult to figure out how to use without a total manual.

TOO COMPLICATED TO OPERATE ..THE ROLLER JAMMED UP WITH HAIR . NOT VERY HAPPY . HAD IT LESS THAN A MONTH AND RETURNED IT .

awesome unit highly recomend

very happy, mapped the house with uncanny accuracy, does an awesome job and really works well, u can really appreciate how well walking in barefeet, as i feel no sand, dirt or anything underfoot, u can really appreciate how good it works when u open to clean bins.
is not much i would change except u can only schedule 1 time a day to auto send, but is no big deal as u can just it when u like, then auto it at 4 a.m. the self cleaning bin is also a great feature.
i would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to buy one, u can buy cheaper ones, but that is what u will get cheaper one, truly with this unit u get what u pay for, until u open her up and see what she picks up u can't appreciate.
only thing now is see her durability and how long she actually lasts, i would recomend this unit to anyone.
