Outstanding Auto Vac/Mop!

I have always thought these robotic vacuums don’t work very good, and are a pain to setup and program. Well that has all changed with Shark’s AI Robotic Vacuum and Mop combo with auto dump. It is almost all self programming and setup with minimal effort on our part to have it work everywhere you want it to vacuum or mop, or to exclude an area if desired. We have a very furry dog who sheds pretty good. Enough for the fur tumbleweeds rolling around on the floor between vacuuming. Well you program on your phone in their Shark App how often and what time you want to vacuum/mop. The vacuum comes with a vacuum only, or a separate vacuum/mop combo. If you use the vacuum only part, it will automatically dump when full, or recharge when needed. If using the vacuum/mop combo you use that specific part (just slides into vacuum easily) it cannot dump automatically if the dust bin becomes full. I have a 2100 sf home that my Shark vacuums and mops, and this is not an issue even with the fur. I have it vacuum/mop two days after it vacuums so it’s not a lot of fur on the floor. Once it recharges it will automatically resume where it left off. I love my new Shark Vacuum/Mop self dumping product! I have not received anything for my review, but wanted to let anyone know that is considering a robotic vacuum and mop combo to buy this one as they will not be disappointed!

I cannot see an option to edit my original review so I'm leaving a new one. The problems I had with the robot getting stuck were solved! Somewhere along the line, a small wire had been picked up in the unit that was causing the issues. It is now working like a champ!
This thing has the best suction. The vacuum lines it leaves are perfect and it mops my floor streak free, unlike manual mops.
My floor is clean daily with minimal effort. Once I figuredout the mapping (which is actually pretty simple) I can just tell Alexa to have the living room cleaned and Bam! It's done! The machine is quiet and not disruptive. It truly does a remarkable job, just as you would expect from a Shark! This is quite possibly the best thing I've ever bought to simplify my life and free up some time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for quite some time and I love how it vacuums, picks up just about everything! I have dark floors so dust is seen real fast! Hand held vacuums became very annoying. This works magic! Moping isn’t my favorite feature of this! I feel like some spots didn’t mop as well as human would mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gotta say I’m impressed even tho I kinda expected great things from the shark brand. yet still can’t believe how well this vacuum, cleans and mops. Makes my house cleaning so much more fun and fast and enjoyable all at the same time. Dont know how I managed to survive without one all these years. Most of my house is carpeted and this cleans everywhere perfectly and easily with no problem. I have it programmed to run almost every day and it has not given me problems as of yet. It also mops up the kitchen floor with ease. The best thing about it is that it has a self cleaning station that it empty’s into so I don’t have to worry about emptying it myself. This machine takes care of itself. I highly recommend this Shark smart vacuum and mopping system. It will make cleaning a dream.

Not impressed with unit at all, does not vacuum pet air as stated and wraps around brush when it does.

By running the robot more frequently it will break up the hair that is wrapped around the brush roll. To do this you can schedule a daily cleaning mission from within the SharkClean App.
This way you will have a constant state of clean and less hair wrapped around the brush roll.

Happy so far, but left wanting more.

I have had this robot vacuum for about a week now. It has helped me greatly with keeping up with all the dog hair blowing around all the time. The one thing I wish this had is a scheduling that was customizable. Currently, all you can do is set the start time. I want to set different start times for different rooms on different days. I code a little myself and I know this is not a hard feature to provide. I assume Shark is waiting for the next model to offer more custom features. If they do end up offering these more enhanced features and do not back rev to my model, I will be extremely upset.

The floor is very clean after it mops and sweeps it. However, it gets stuck a lot and constantly needs help with the mop feature. It goes off track from where you assign it to go at times. The app and the mapping need work for sure. It does help to clean your house. As long as you have expectations that a drunk sailor is cleaning your floor, you will be satisfied.

Shark Ultra AI Robot

Still testing the robot. I already have a complaint though. This robot cleaner has a problem with chords and cables that are laying on the floor in my office. It decided that it needed to climb over them and got stuck a couple of times. Had to pick up the robot and set in a clear area to get it going again. So now, I have to figure out what to do to keep it from going near my computer chords and cables. Other than that, it has done pretty good so far.
