I like it even though I am having two issues. One is that the robot has its own schedule. It goes to work at 7 pm est even though not scheduled. Tried factory reset twice to no avail. Second. It seems to loose contact with the app every couple days so when I open the app it starts all over getting set up. Once I sign in seems ok.

Love our new Rosie!!! Didn’t give it 5 stars because the app is a little wonky but overall a great buy! We have a Siberian Husky who is in the middle of shedding and she keeps up with him! Buy it!!!

My only complaint is the lack of transparency. With the 2 in 1 you have the options of having it self empty but only clean or the option of it cleaning and mopping but not self emptying. This should be stated, I could have save almost $300 by not having the emptying base considering I don’t want to be changing parts all the time. Kind of disappointed in that aspect, but it cleans well.

Our old robot would bang its way around the house in a random pattern. This one goes back and forth over the area, stepping over each time. The old robot was always stuck, and hard to clean. The new robot just does the job. Handles most obstacles but rarely gets stuck.
Our Great Pyrenees dogs shed a LOT and this robot does a pretty good job handling it all. It does build up on the brush and on the brush axle requiring constant attention

I bought the Shark about 3 weeks for my Wife. She could not believe the capabilities of this Shark 3 in 1 Hydrovac. Competitively priced. Second to none. My wife would recommend it to anybody. I bought my shark combo about a month ago and love it. My only complaint is that the battery life isn’t as long as my original shark. It has to go back to the base to charge before it can finish vacuuming downstairs. And if I use the mop feature, it has to charge 2 times while cleaning before the job is completed. From start to finish, it’s taking roughly 7 hours to complete. But I mop on days that I’ve got nothing going on, so I just let it run and do it’s thing. It could be worse, I could have to do it myself! Even with the short battery charge, I’d say it’s worth every Penny.
