I am extremely pleased with this Humidifier. This is my second Homedics humidifier and it is better than the first one I bought years ago. It produces just the right amount of vapor as you can control the volume. It runs very quietly and it looks great. Looks like it costs more than it does. I love it.

Ok not great

I like that it has four strength settings and timer options. But I bought this model because I wanted a warm mist, and that feature is not really that warm. It’s also quite clunky to refill ( you have to lift the tank, turn it over, unscrew the cap, then try not to spill while you awkwardly hold it under the water, screw the cap back on, flip it back over and put it in place)

Great customer service

After a few months, one of the tanks didn't fill the Total Confort Humidifier Plus. I called, not having the receipt and was told, after explaining the problem that a replacement unit will be send out. No argument, not cross exam... just good service,
