It doesn’t produce humidity

I used it one night. The whole night I ran it in the highest humidity setting. My sinuses were a tiny bit better. The next morning I noticed the water was still full. Maybe a tiny bit lower. It’s on & seems to be working, but it obviously isn’t producing humidity. Did I do something wrong?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

I have been using mine for a little over a month and am very disappointed. The humidifier runs fine but its not producing any humidity. This defeats the purpose for buying it in the first place especially since it is primarily a humidifier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently received this in the mail. Was excited that I could put oil on pad in bottom. I filled it with water and turned it on. Then a short time later I began to look for my water that was dripping , just to find out it's the humidifier. It's to noisy and always has red lights using my electric. It doesn't shut off correctly.

Doesn’t Work

Read through the instructions, filled it with water, plugged it in, and the red light indicates that there’s no water. Tried pressing the power button and nothing happened. None of the buttons even seem like real buttons. They just look like stickers on the side of the humidifier. After 30min of reading through instructions and trying to get this to work we gave up. Definitely will be returning this product. Really disappointed because we really needed this tonight since we are sick.

Red light won't go off

We've used this for about a week. The red light was on this morning, so I emptied it and cleaned it per the manual. There was gray water in it, and I think it was from the included demineralization cartridge. Yuck. I let it completely dry out. Filled it, plugged it in, and RED light! Tried several times, and followed the troubleshooting listed on this site. Still on! If it does this after a week, I'm concerned about it after several months. It still mists, which is why it gets 2 stars. I will be returning it.

Nightlight won’t turn off

I love this humidifier so much, it just sucks that I can use it at night! The nightlight setting was working perfectly fine for the first few months and now I can’t get it to turn off. I always have it set to green. I know that one tap is to turn the light on, the second tap is to stick to a color, and the third is to turn off the light. However, every time I press the button a third time to turn it off, the tank starts glowing blue. Even if the humidifier is completely turned off but still plugged into the wall it will continue flowing blue. I want to use it at night but I just can’t with how bright the light is. Has anyone else encountered this issue? And if so, please let me know if you were able to fix it!

No mist and lots of mold

So disappointed in this product. I bought this because my infant son had a cold and really wish I went with another brand. After just a week or so of using it the top part where the mist comes out was all black with mold. There is no way to clean that top part properly to remove the build up. I have been cleaning the bottom parts regularly but there is no way to clean the entire device. It’s also really hit or miss with the mist. Similar to other reviewers I would wake up and notice the tank was still full even though it was supposedly running all night. This was a big waste of money.
