Great when I can get it to work.

Works great when I can get it to work. I’ve cleaned it inside and out, tried more or less water, moved it, turned it off and on, made sure it was level…just about everything you can think of.
From the day I got it, it wouldn’t mist hardly at all. But somehow if I moved it just right or did something (I don’t even know) while trying to make it work, it would magically work perfectly. But only in that one position. But when it came time to put more water in and I had to move it from its EXACT working position, it wouldn’t turn on. Sometimes even with moving, rotating, filling, and trying to set it up again it still will not produce any mist. I’m staring at it right now in complete frustration because nothing im doing is making this thing work. I’ve tried all the tips/solutions in the manual and online but the mist is not happening. It’s runs and runs but nothing come out. Im done with this product and if it weren’t a gift I’d take it back. I don’t want something I have to make the stars align just to get it to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleaning water tank

We’ve had this unit for about 2 years and use it nightly. I only fill with distilled water. Problem is I can’t get the inside of the water tank clean. It is developing what looks like mold on the flat surface that fits into the machine. Is there anything I can do besides replace it?

High Pitched Squealing Fan Noise

Unit developed a high-pitched squealing fan noise after 30 days of use rendering it useless. Pooer design, poor quality components. Not worth the money.

Works great except

This little guy does exactly what it's supposed to do. However, even though we use 100% distilled water the red light "cleaning" required light goes on after just two nights of use. Clean it, push red cleaning button, but still needs cleaning every other night. Any way to get it to go the 60 hrs. Between cleanings?

Not as good as I thought

I’ve been using it for a week and the tank is too small to use for a small bedroom, on high doesn’t even last 10 hours. I can hear like water dripping sound.

Missing Demineralization cartridge .. Seems like it was used and repackaged for resale .. Extremely disappointed!!! Really small unit…Returning for refund…Do not and will Recommend !!!
