Hard to fill but love turn off

No instructions when I bought it. I still don’t fill correct way. Wish could find video on how to part. Changing color is only giving me red. I saw orange on box wanted it. Turn off timer is nice

We are sorry to hear of the issues you have been having. To fill the humidifier tank, Grasp tank handle and lift up from humidifier base. Turn the tank upside down—remove the tank cap by turning it counter-clockwise. Fill the water tank with clean, cool (not cold) water. We recommend using distilled water if you live in a hard water area. Replace the tank cap by turning clockwise until tight. Install the tank back on the base of the unit.
To set the nightlight color, press the nightlight button to turn the nightlight on. The nightlight will continuously scroll through the 7 colors. Press the nightlight button to stop scrolling and park on your favorite color. Press the nightlight button again to turn the nightlight off. The next time you turn the nighlight on, it will resume scrolling from the parked color.

Keeps turning off

Even after following proper instructions and directions. 2 weeks after I purchased, it will not stay on. Waste of money.

Its ok

I bought this a couple years ago when I was outta town and it worked fine. However now its been a couple years the stream doesnt want to produce at times even after cleaning it. Ive found out if you leave your finger on the power buttong a couple seconds it starts working.

Compact, perfect room size

I use this in my school office to combat dry air. It's perfect. The timer and the soft lights are a nice touch. I do have to vigorously lean it, though after a couple fills because it smells musty. In spite of the cartridge for descaling, it still requires a scrub.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped Working

I loved this humidifier at first, but then it constantly stopped working. The first one or two times I was able to just jiggle it or something and have it go back to normal. But this time, It stopped working and would just turn off randomly after a few seconds. Now no matter what, we cannot get it to turn on. We’ve tried everything and tried looking up remedies on google but there’s nothing. Only have had it for a few months.

Product is garbage

Purchased this humidifier, read the instructions and set it up. The humidifier ran for only 20 minutes and shut itself off. This happened repeatedly. Did not come close to performing as advertised. Returned it and have purchased another brand.

Bad Experience

This humidifier is loud compared to other humidifiers of its kind. It shows a baby sleeping on the Box but I'm not sure how an infant would would react to the white noise that comes from a low hum on this humidifier. It also did not steam or vapor properly compared to other Humidifiers of its kind. Overall not happy with the product and it was returned
