[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This backpack is so cute my daughter llves it. It is a little to big for her right now but she loves it anways. Itbhas a lot of pockets for putting all the items need for school or even a trip. It is sturdy and holds heavy items. The design is so cute perfect for my girly girl. Overal it is a hit with my kid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This High Sierra Outburst Backpack is so adorable! It is going to work great for my daughter as an overnight bag to travel. It is very spacious inside and can hold alot of items. The straps are coushioned so it will be comfortable for her to carry around.

Daughter liked the colors. The outermost pocket without zipper with the zig-zag pattern strips isn't useful, there is no elastic or anything that would help to keep items in it so would be very easy to lose. Most dissapointing is the straps, it looks like they used straps from adult sized backpacks and then just folded and sweed the end where the buckle attaches back on itself, it doesn't look good and it easily flips out making it look awkward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful backpack for a great value. I love the smaller size of the main compartment. We didn't need the extra space for books, computers, etc. I bought this for carrying a change of clothes, shoes, snacks, water bottle and other essentials to my daughter's karate classes. This would also be a great size for 1st- 4th grade school kids or kids that don't carry a ton of books and folders.
